  • Golden Knights' Shea Theodore: Two-point effort in win

Theodore scored a goal on two shots, added an assist, blocked four shots and went plus-3 in Friday's 6-2 win over the Ducks in Game 3.

Theodore scored just 1:06 into the game, setting the tone for the Golden Knights' strong first period. This was his second multi-point effort over nine playoff contests. The defenseman is up to three goals, four assists, 19 shots on net, 27 blocks and a plus-2 rating this postseason while filling a top-four role.

  • Golden Knights' Shea Theodore: One of each Wednesday

Theodore scored a goal on four shots, dished an assist, blocked two shots and went plus-2 in Wednesday's 5-4 double-overtime win over the Mammoth in Game 5.

Theodore's pair of points came 1:40 apart in the second period. The defenseman set up the second of Pavel Dorofeyev's three goals to tie the game at 2-2. Shortly later, Theodore gave the Golden Knights their first lead with a goal of his own. He has two goals, one assist, 13 shots on net, 13 blocked shots and a minus-1 rating over five playoff contests. He'll continue to fill a top-four role and should maintain a presence on the power play.

  • Golden Knights' Shea Theodore: Scores game-winning goal

Theodore scored the game-winning goal in Monday's 5-4 overtime win over the Mammoth in Game 4 of their first-round series.

Theodore went pointless and posted a minus-2 rating in his first three playoff appearances, but he came through when the Golden Knights needed him the most in Game 4. He slotted a snap shot past Karel Vejmelka with 52 seconds left in overtime to even the series at 2-2. Theodore has nine shots in his four playoff appearances so far, so it wouldn't be shocking if he continues to crack the scoresheet. The veteran defenseman had 10 goals and 39 points across 79 regular-season appearances this year.

  • Golden Knights' Shea Theodore: Nets equalizer Wednesday

Theodore scored a goal on two shots and went plus-2 in Wednesday's 4-1 win over the Kraken.

Theodore has three goals and five assists over his last 13 contests. The 30-year-old defenseman concludes the regular season with 10 goals, which is the most he has had since 2021-22, but he had just 39 points over 70 appearances. It is the first time since 2018-19 that he finished under the 40-point mark, even though this is only the third time in that span that he has logged 70 games. In any case, Theodore will be a top-four fixture during Vegas' postseason run.

  • Golden Knights' Shea Theodore: Dishes pair of assists

Theodore notched two assists and two shots on goal in Thursday's 6-3 win over the Flames.

This was Theodore's first multi-point effort since Jan. 17 versus the Predators. The defenseman helped out on a Mitch Marner tally in the second period and a Brett Howden goal in the third that stood as the game-winner. Theodore is up to 37 points (nine goals, 28 assists), 117 shots on net, 83 blocked shots and a plus-13 rating over 64 appearances. He continues to see time in a top-four role and on the second power-play unit.

  • Golden Knights' Shea Theodore: Finds twine Monday

Theodore scored a goal on two shots and posted a plus-2 rating in Monday's 4-2 win over the Canucks.

Theodore has been playing well of late and has points in four of his last six appearances, tallying two goals, two assists, six PIM, seven shots on goal and five blocked shots in that stretch. The 30-year-old blueliner is on the verge of reaching the 10-goal mark for the first time since the 2021-22 season, but with 35 points across 63 appearances in the current campaign, he's far behind the 57-point output he delivered in 2024-25. On that note, this season has been a bit of a disappointment for the star blueliner.

  • Golden Knights' Shea Theodore: Nets lone goal in loss

Theodore scored a power-play goal on three shots and added four PIM in Saturday's 4-1 loss to the Predators.

Theodore's last goal was Jan. 17, also against the Predators. This was the defenseman's first power-play contribution since Nov. 18 against the Rangers, as he has often been on the second unit with the Golden Knights using a five-forward first unit. Theodore is at eight goals, 32 points (five on the power play), 111 shots on net, 78 blocked shots and a plus-12 rating through 58 appearances.

  • Golden Knights' Shea Theodore: Good to go Tuesday

Theodore (illness) will play Tuesday versus the Sabres, per the NHL media site.

Theodore was considered questionable for Tuesday, but he appears to be healthy enough to handle his usual top-four role. The defenseman has been limited to just one assist over his last 10 outings, so he'll look to get his offense back on track.

  • Golden Knights' Shea Theodore: Under the weather

Head coach Bruce Cassidy told reporters in Buffalo on Monday that Theodore is contending with an illness, per Danny Webster of the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

It's unclear if Theodore's illness will impact his availability for Tuesday's game in Buffalo. If the left-shot blueliner ends up sitting out against the Sabres, Ben Hutton will draw into the lineup.

  • Golden Knights' Shea Theodore: Slated to return Friday

Theodore (not injury related) is slated to return to action against the Capitals on Friday, SinBin.vegas reports.

Theodore rested during Wednesday's game against the Kings after participating in the 2026 Winter Olympics, but he should be good to return following a one-game absence. He's recorded seven goals, 20 assists and 66 blocked shots while averaging 23:42 of ice time over 46 appearances with the Golden Knights this year.

  • Golden Knights' Shea Theodore: Won't play against Kings

Theodore will sit out Wednesday's matchup against Los Angeles, Danny Webster of the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports.

Theodore, Mark Stone and Mitch Marner stayed back in Vegas to get some extra rest after coming back from the Olympics. According to head coach Bruce Cassidy, all three players are expected to join the team for Friday's clash in Washington.

  • Golden Knights' Shea Theodore: One of each in blowout win

Theodore scored a goal on three shots, added an assist, blocked two shots and went plus-3 in Saturday's 7-2 win over the Predators.

Theodore continues to impress, earning three goals and two assists over five games since his return from an upper-body injury. The 30-year-old defenseman has seven goals, 25 points, a plus-15 rating, 85 shots on net and 54 blocked shots through 36 outings overall. Theodore is the Golden Knights' top blueliner, and he's producing offense at a high pace once again, so he's a lock to be in most fantasy lineups.

  • Golden Knights' Shea Theodore: Deposits empty-netter

Theodore scored an empty-net goal on two shots, blocked two shots and went plus-3 in Sunday's 7-2 win over the Sharks.

Theodore has scored in consecutive games since recovering from an upper-body injury that cost him 11 contests. The 30-year-old defenseman has immediately returned to first-pairing minutes and a spot on the top power-play unit, which bodes well for his offense moving forward as well. He's at six goals, 22 points, 78 shots on net, 50 blocked shots and a plus-9 rating over 33 outings.

  • Golden Knights' Shea Theodore: Nets game-winner in return

Theodore scored the game-winning goal on two shots in Saturday's 4-2 win over the Blues.

Theodore missed 11 games due to an upper-body injury. He returned Saturday and led the Golden Knights with 21:57 of ice time, so he looks prepared to handle a full workload moving forward. The 30-year-old's tally also stood as the game-winner, his third such goal this season. The defenseman is at five goals, 21 points, 76 shots on net, 48 blocked shots and a plus-6 rating over 32 appearances. Theodore should be productive if he can stay healthy for the remainder of the campaign, though that's no guarantee -- he's missed at least 15 contests in each of the last three campaigns.
