Bortolini (concussion) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Jaguars, Kevin Bowen of 107.5 The Fan Indianapolis reports.
The second-year pro from Wisconsin sustained a concussion in the Week 16 loss to the 49ers and didn't clear protocol in time to play Sunday. While Bortolini is sidelined Week 17, expect Danny Pinter to start at center.
