49ers' Carter Bradley: Joins San Francisco

The 49ers signed Bradley to a one-year contract Thursday, Jennifer Lee Chan of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.
Bradley was cut by the Raiders earlier this month after he spent most of last season on Las Vegas' practice squad. Bradley has never appeared in a regular-season NFL game and is merely a camp arm for San Francisco.
