Kibble (undisclosed) reverted to New England's injured reserve Friday.
Kibble is set to remain with the Patriots despite having previously been waived. The rookie undrafted free agent will now be forced to miss the entirety of the upcoming campaign unless he's waived with an injury settlement.

Jimmy Kibble: Waived by New England
The Patriots waived Kibble (undisclosed) with an injury designation on Friday, per the NFL's transaction log.
The Patriots announced Kibble will eventually be placed on the team's injured reserve, although he has to pass through waivers first before he can revert to IR. The rookie will have to wait until 2027 for the next opportunity to make his NFL debut.

Patriots' Jimmy Kibble: Moved to IR
The Patriots placed Kibble (undisclosed) on injured reserve Friday.
Kibble inked a deal with the Patriots as an undrafted free agent in early May. The wide receiver out of Georgetown will not get a chance to prove himself this year unless he is subsequently designated for a return during the 2026 season. Kibble will need to focus on his recovery for a possible NFL debut in 2027.
