J.J. Galbreath: Cut from Pittsburgh's PS
The Steelers cut Galbreath from the practice squad Tuesday, Alan Saunders of SteelersNow.com reports.
Galbreath stuck around on the Steelers' practice squad after failing to make the team's 53-man roster at the end of training camp. The undrafted rookie will now look to join a team in need of tight end depth on the practice squad.

J.J. Galbreath: Only TE on Pitt's practice squad
Galbreath signed with Pittsburgh's practice squad Wednesday.
Galbreath is the only tight end on Pittsburgh's practice squad, so he'll presumably be the next man up should the team require reinforcements at the position. He went unclaimed on waivers after being cut earlier in the week.

J.J. Galbreath: Cut by Pittsburgh
The Steelers waived Galbreath on Monday, Teresa Varley of the team's official site reports.
Galbreath appeared in all three of the Steelers' preseason games and finished with three catches (on five targets) for 23 yards. He wasn't able to make Pittsburgh's 53-man roster, but if he clears waivers, the undrafted rookie out of South Dakota could remain with the team as a member of the practice squad.
