Ferguson caught 11 passes for 231 yards and three touchdowns in three regular-season games during the 2025 season.
Ferguson spent the majority of the campaign as the team's No. 3 tight end behind Colby Parkinson and Tyler Higbee but still had a solid rookie season nonetheless. With Higbee set to be a free agent, Ferguson could see a larger role on offense next season.

A hamstring injury will force Ferguson to miss a second contest in a row, but he at least displayed some progress this week by capping it with a limited practice Thursday. In Ferguson's continued absence, Colby Parkinson, Tyler Higbee, Davis Allen and Nick Vannett will be the tight ends available to a Rams offense that utilizes the position heavily.

Rams' Terrance Ferguson: Questionable after limited practice
Ferguson (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Saturday's wild-card round game against the Panthers after being a limited participant at Thursday's practice, Adam Grosbard of the LA Daily News reports.
Ferguson upgraded to limited participation Thursday after a pair of practice absences, but the rookie remains uncertain to make his playoff debut Sunday at Carolina. Tyler Higbee (ankle) practiced without limitations Thursday and doesn't have an injury designation, so Higbee and Colby Parkinson are in line to lead a Rams tight end room that also includes Davis Allen and Nick Vannett. Higbee, Parkinson and Allen all played at least 64 percent of offensive snaps in the regular-season finale against the Cardinals, which Ferguson sat out due to the latter's hamstring injury.

Ferguson was estimated as DNP on Tuesday and has one practice left this week to get back on the field after he was injured in Friday's practice last week. Ferguson missed Sunday's regular-season finale against Arizona after he tweaked his hamstring in Friday's practice. Coach Sean McVay said Monday that he expects Ferguson to return for Saturday's wild-card date with the Panthers. Head coach Sean McVay said Monday that Ferguson (hamstring) is expected to be back for Saturday's wild-card matchup against the Panthers, Cameron DaSilva of Rams Wire reports.
Ferguson missed Week 18 after tweaking his hamstring in practice Friday, but he is expected to play in the Rams' wild-card round matchup against the Panthers. The 22-year-old played 429 total snaps (356 offensive and 73 on special teams) in 14 games, recording11 receptions for 231 yards and three touchdowns.
