Ravens' Justice Hill: Ready to return
Hill (toe) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice.
With Hill back in action, Keaton Mitchell doesn't figure to get much playing time in passing situations this Sunday against the Jets. Both should have roles off the bench behind lead back Derrick Henry.

Ravens' Justice Hill: Present at practice Wednesday
Hill (toe) is participating in the early portion of Wednesday's practice open to the media, Ryan Mink of the Ravens' official site reports.
Hill managed to log one limited practice session before being ruled out for Baltimore's win over the Browns in Week 11, so his odds of gaining clearance in time for Sunday's matchup against the Jets seem fair. Keaton Mitchell and Rasheen Ali will be in line to handle increased roles behind Derrick Henry once again in the event that Hill remains sidelined versus New York.

Ravens' Justice Hill: Won't play against Browns
Hill (toe) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Browns.
After not practicing Wednesday or Thursday, Hill returned to a limited practice Friday, but he'll sit this one out and target a possible return to action Sunday, Nov. 23 against the Jets. In Hill's absence versus Cleveland, Keaton Mitchell and Rasheen Ali will be available to handle Week 11 backfield touches that don't go to Baltimore's top RB, Derrick Henry.

Ravens' Justice Hill: Participating in Friday's practice
Hill (toe) returned to practice Friday, Jeff Zrebiec of the The Athletic reports.
The Ravens will release their injury report later Friday, at which point Hill's participation level will be clarified. He'll likely carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Browns after being unable to practice Wednesday or Thursday, though Hill may be able to avoid one if he practices without limitations Friday.

Ravens' Justice Hill: Misses another practice Thursday
Hill (toe) remained sidelined at practice Thursday, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.
Hill also missed Wednesday's session, so what the running back does Friday will loom large in terms of his Week 11 status. If Hill is limited or out Sunday against the Browns, Keaton Mitchell likely would see added snaps behind lead back Derrick Henry, provided he's able to play through the knee issue that limited him Wednesday.

Ravens' Justice Hill: No practice Wednesday
Hill missed Wednesday's practice with a toe injury.
Fellow running back Keaton Mitchell (knee) was a limited participant, and he'd likely take on a larger role if Hill were to miss Sunday's matchup with Cleveland. Mitchell's emergence as a change-of-pace back in recent weeks has sapped some of Hill's fantasy value, though Hill still dominates snaps in clear passing situations (and scored a TD on his lone carry last week).

Ravens' Justice Hill: Scores touchdown Sunday
Hill took his lone carry for a one-yard touchdown and added a 12-yard reception in Sunday's win over the Vikings.
The Ravens used Hill a bit more than they did in Week 9 when he played a season-low 11 snaps. Hill was out there for 19 snaps on offense (27 percent) and made the most of his two touches, picking up a first down on his one catch. Hill's goal-line opportunity was his first such carry of the season and his first red-zone carry since Week 4. He remains a part of the offense as the main backup to Derrick Henry, but he rarely sees even five touches in a given game.

Ravens' Justice Hill: Snap count ticks down Thursday
Hill had a two-yard carry and added two receptions for 13 yards in Thursday's win over the Dolphins.
Hill's 11 snaps marked a season low as Baltimore deployed Keaton Mitchell for roughly the same number of plays as the veteran. Lamar Jackson targeted Hill twice, and he managed to bring both in for receptions. Through eight games, Hill has just one game with more than 20 rushing yards, and his pass-catching has tapered off since the bye with just two combined targets in his last two games. Baltimore heads to Minnesota in Week 10.

Ravens' Justice Hill: Usage drops off in win
Hill had one carry for two yards and drew zero targets on 19 snaps in Sunday's 30-16 win over the Bears.
Baltimore leaned on Derrick Henry as its primary running back Sunday, and even when Hill was on the field, he wasn't a featured part of the offense. Hill's usage is volatile week to week and depends on game scripts where Baltimore needs to utilize his blitz pickup and pass-catching skills. Another looming threat to Hill's usage was the reintroduction of Keaton Mitchell to the backfield. Mitchell played just seven snaps but had a strong usage rate with four carries for 43 yards. Hill's role won't be deleted from the offense because he offers elements that Henry and Mitchell don't, but his snap counts could take a hit going forward if Mitchell continues to shine.

Ravens' Justice Hill: Five receptions in loss
Hill rushed the ball six times for 16 yards in Sunday's 17-3 loss to the Rams. He added five receptions on six targets for 28 yards.
The Ravens ran a run-heavy offense as long as possible, giving Hill a chance to mix in on possessions to relieve Derrick Henry. Hill saw a season-high six carries as a result, but he made a more significant impact as a pass catcher. His usage could change with the anticipated return of Lamar Jackson (hamstring) after the team's bye, but Hill has at least three catches in four of six games on the campaign.

Ravens' Justice Hill: Minimal usage in blowout loss
Hill had a three-yard carry and a nine-yard reception while playing 11 snaps in Sunday's 44-10 loss to the Texans.
Though the Ravens were in a catch-up script for much of the game, Hill played his fewest snaps of the season by a wide margin. The veteran had played at least 40 percent of the snaps in the first four weeks before bottoming out with 30 percent on Sunday. Opportunities dried up as a result, as he had just one carry and two targets on the day. Baltimore's offense is in a tough spot as long as Lamar Jackson is sidelined, and the ripple effects fall across the skill players, including Hill. The Ravens host the Rams in Week 6

Ravens' Justice Hill: Two touchdowns in blowout loss
Hill carried three times for 76 yards and a touchdown and added five receptions for 41 yards and another score in Sunday's 37-20 loss to the Chiefs.
Hill opened and closed the scoring Sunday. He punched in an 11-yard touchdown grab to cap off the Ravens' first drive, then finished with a 71-yard touchdown run to cut the Ravens' deficit to three scores with under two minutes to go. In between, Hill added a few short carries and receptions as the Ravens offense largely floundered. Hill out-snapped starting running back Derrick Henry 32 to 21, but the Ravens trailed from the second quarter onward and largely abandoned the running game.

Ravens' Justice Hill: Targeted four times in loss
Hill caught three of four targets for 45 yards in Monday's 38-30 loss to the Lions.
Hill was not used in the rushing attack for the first time this season, yet his four targets and 45 yards through the air were both season highs through three weeks. The veteran running back played 51 percent of the Ravens' offensive snaps, finishing ahead of Derrick Henry, who had a 49 percent snap share. As long as Henry stays healthy, however, Hill's minimal usage makes him difficult to trust for consistent fantasy production. The 27-year-old can be ignored for fantasy purposes when the Ravens visit the Chiefs in Week 4.

Ravens' Justice Hill: Makes three grabs Sunday
Hill had three carries for seven yards and caught all three of his targets for 18 yards Sunday against the Browns.
Baltimore's run game was uncharacteristically shut down by the Browns on Sunday as Hill and Derrick Henry combined for 14 carries and 30 yards. Hill managed to contribute in the passing game with three grabs after being held to just one three-yard reception in the opener. His playing time remained in line with his Week 1 total as he played 22 snaps. His usage can vary week-to-week, but Hill's snap share sits in the 40 percent range.
