    Powers (ribs) was left off the Broncos' injury report Wednesday ahead of Sunday's Week 1 matchup with the Seahawks. Powers had been dealing with a ribs injury that sidelined him during August, but it now appears he's moved past the issue. The Oklahoma product is expected to start at left guard Sunday now that he's returned to full health.

Powers has been dealing with a shoulder injury, so he'll sit out for Sunday's contest. The 2019 fourth-round pick signed a four-year, $52 million contract with Denver and is slated to start at left guard when the regular season kicks off.

    Powers is in line to sign a four-year deal with the Broncos worth $52 million, with $28.5 million guaranteed, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports. Powers had a strong 2022 campaign in his fourth year in the league with the Ravens. The 26-year-old started all 17 games for the team, which was a first in his career. He should start at left or right guard for Denver in 2023.
