Saints' Jack Stoll: Hits pay dirt against Seattle
Stoll caught two of three targets for 21 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 44-13 loss to the Seahawks.
Stoll's two catches were his first of the season, while his trip to the end zone was his first score of his NFL career. The veteran tight end played just 32 percent of the Saints' offensive snaps, while starter Juwan Johnson had a 90 percent snap share. Barring an injury to Johnson, Stoll's minimal involvement in the passing game through three weeks should keep him far off the fantasy radar heading into a Week 4 matchup against the Bills.

Saints' Jack Stoll: Signed to Saints' 53-man roster
The Saints signed Stoll from the practice squad to the active roster Tuesday.
Stoll failed to make the Saints' initial 53-man roster at the end of training camp. He elected to stay in New Orleans on the practice squad and was elevated for Week 1 against the Cardinals, when he logged 27 snaps (18 on offense, nine on special teams) but did not record a stat otherwise. With Taysom Hill (knee) and Foster Moreau (knee) both on IR, Stoll and Moliki Matavao will serve as the Saints' backup tight ends behind Juwan Johnson for the early portion of the 2025 regular season.

Jack Stoll: Returns to practice squad
Stoll reverted to the Saints' practice squad Monday.
Stoll was elevated to the active roster ahead of Sunday's 20-13 loss to the Cardinals and logged 18 snaps on offense and nine on special teams. He can be elevated two more times this season before New Orleans would have to officially sign him to the active roster.

Saints' Jack Stoll: Elevated from practice squad
The Saints elevated Stoll from the practice squad Saturday, Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football reports.
Stoll will provide depth at the position behind Juwan Johnson and Moliki Matavao. Never much of a pass catcher, Stoll has 22 career catches for 193 scoreless yards across 61 career regular-season appearances.

Jack Stoll: Lands on practice squad
The Saints released Stoll and then signed him to their practice squad Wednesday, Luke Johnson of The New Orleans Times-Picayune reports.
Stoll signed with the Saints during the offseason but failed to make the initial roster. He'll start the year on the practice squad, though he's a candidate to be elevated to the active roster given the team's injury situation at the position.

Saints' Jack Stoll: Lands in New Orleans
Stoll agreed to terms Thursday on a one-year contract with the Saints, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Stoll played seven regular-season games in Philadelphia last year before being waived, then being claimed by Miami and making four more appearances. He'll now get a chance to compete for a depth gig in New Orleans, where he boasts familiarity with new head coach Kellen Moore.

Dolphins' Jack Stoll: Headed for free agency
Stoll was not targeted across four regular-season appearances with the Dolphins in 2024. He also appeared in seven regular-season games with the Eagles, securing two of three targets for 10 yards.
Stoll concluded the 2024 campaign on Miami's roster after having been claimed off waivers from Philadelphia. Back in 2023, he put up five catches for 38 yards (on eight targets) across 17 regular-season appearances with the Eagles. The 27-year-old tight end will become an unrestricted free agent this offseason.

Dolphins' Jack Stoll: Inactive Sunday
Stoll (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Patriots.
The Dolphins claimed Stoll off waivers from the Eagles on Nov. 13, but the tight end did not play an offensive snap in the team's 34-19 win over the Raiders last week. Stoll played on 194 offensive snaps in seven games for Philadelphia, catching two passes for 10 yards. The healthy tight end appears to remain behind Jonnu Smith, Julian Hill and Durham Smythe on Miami's depth chart.

Dolphins' Jack Stoll: Claimed by Miami
The Dolphins claimed Stoll off waivers from the Eagles on Wednesday.

Jack Stoll: Let go by Philadelphia
The Eagles waived Stoll on Tuesday.
Stoll operated as the Eagles' No. 2 tight end behind Grant Calcaterra from Week 7 through 9 due to Dallas Goedert being sidelined with a hamstring injury. Goedert returned for the Eagles' Week 10 win over the Cowboys, during which Stoll played 35 snaps (17 on offense, 18 on special teams) without recording a stat. Stoll could be claimed off waivers by a team in need of tight end depth, but if he goes unclaimed, he has the option of returning to Philadelphia on the practice squad or exploring other opportunities.

Eagles' Jack Stoll: Will be TE2 vs. Giants
Stoll will be the backup tight end to Grant Calcaterra for Sunday's game against the Giants due to Dallas Goedert being ruled out with a hamstring injury, Zach Berman of The Athletic reports.
Goedert suffered the hamstring injury early in the first quarter of the Eagles' Week 6 win over the Browns. Stoll finished the game with a season-high 39 offensive snaps, though he did not register a target. Calcaterra will operate with the first-team offense Sunday while Stoll figures to be primarily featured in run packages.

Eagles' Jack Stoll: Signed to 53-man roster
The Eagles signed Stoll to the 53-man roster off the practice squad on Tuesday.
Stoll was elevated versus the Saints in Week 3 to serve as Philadelphia's third tight end behind Dallas Goedert and Grant Calcaterra. He wasn't targeted while handling 13 offensive snaps in that contest. Stoll now figures to handle a similar role, primarily contributing as a blocker, on the road against Tampa Bay on Sunday.

Jack Stoll: Returns to practice squad
Stoll reverted to the Eagles' practice squad Monday.
Stoll played 13 offensive snaps during Sunday's 15-12 win at New Orleans and did not draw a target. The Eagles are dealing with a few injuries to their pass catchers, so they could opt to move top tight end Dallas Goedert out into the slot more frequently Week 4 against the Buccaneers and bring Stoll back up from the practice squad to play more in-line reps.
