Ravens' Chidobe Awuzie: Full participant Thursday
Awuzie (shoulder) was a full participant in Thursday's practice.
Awuzie was a surprise addition to Wednesday's report as a non-participant due to a shoulder injury. Oddly enough, the injury designation disappeared just as fast, and the cornerback was able to upgrade to a full participant Thursday. It appears the 30-year-old is set to suit up as the starting outside corner for Sunday's rematch with the Bengals.

Ravens' Chidobe Awuzie: Picks up shoulder injury
Awuzie did not practice Wednesday due to a shoulder issue.
Awuzie logged just a 21 percent defensive snap share -- his lowest of the season -- this past Sunday in a loss to Pittsburgh, and that may be explained by the shoulder injury he is currently dealing with. It's unclear how serious the issue is, but his level of participation in practice Thursday and Friday should provide clarity about Awuzie's likelihood of playing Sunday versus Cincinnati.

Awuzie made his return to action after missing two games with a hamstring injury. The cornerback played a season-low 20 defensive snaps in the victory, likely a result of the team looking to ease him back into his full workload. Awuzie will miss a second consecutive game due to a hamstring injury. With the Ravens on bye Week 7, the 2017 second-rounder will have additional time to rest before Baltimore's Week 8 tilt against Chicago on Sunday, Oct. 26. T.J. Awuzie (hamstring) didn't practice Wednesday, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.
Awuzie missed the Ravens' Week 5 loss to the Texans due to an apparent hamstring injury, and following Wednesday's DNP, it appears he's still dealing with the issue. The veteran corner from Colorado has appeared in four games for Baltimore this season, recording 18 total tackles and one pass defended. He likely needs to upgrade to at least limited practice Thursday or Friday to have a chance at playing in the Week 6 matchup against the Rams.

Awuzie has missed the first two practices of the week due to a hamstring injury that he may have sustained during the Ravens' 37-20 loss to the Chiefs in Week 4. He'll very likely have to practice in a least a limited fashion Friday to have a chance at playing against the Texans in Sunday's home tilt. With Awuzie, Marlon Humphrey (calf) and Nate Wiggins (elbow) all working through injuries, the Ravens may have to turn to some combination of Jaire Alexander, T.J. Tampa and Keyon Martin to fill the void at outside and slot corner.
