Trubisky (biceps) did not participate in Wednesday's practice, Terry McCormick of TitanInsider.com reports.
Trubisky exited Monday's practice due to the initial biceps issue, making Wednesday's absence a pattern. The backup quarterback's injury is not apparently a huge issue, and Trubisky is still day-to-day as he manages the tweak. If the Titans want to stay safe with their first line of defense if Cam Ward goes down, they will likely have Will Levis or Hendon Hooker play most of the snaps in Sunday's preseason showdown with the Seahawks.

Titans' Mitchell Trubisky: Tweaks biceps in practice
Trubisky was removed from Monday's training camp practice due to a biceps injury, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Head coach Robert Saleh told reporters after Monday's practice that he was optimistic about Trubisky's biceps injury. The veteran quarterback can be considered day-to-day for now, but he'll undergo further tests to determine the extent of his injury. An extended absence for Trubisky would mean more second-team reps for Will Levis.

The Titans are set to sign Trubisky to two-year deal, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.
Trubisky, who served as Josh Allen's top backup the last two seasons while with the Bills, thus is slated to handle a similar role in Tennessee behind 2025 No. 1 overall pick Cam Ward. Also currently in the team's QB mix is Will Levis (shoulder), but the addition of Trubisky could foreshadow the 2023 second-rounder being moved.

Trubisky completed 22 of 29 passes for 259 yards and four touchdowns during Sunday's 35-8 win over the Jets. He also rushed five times for five yards.
He took over after Josh Allen was under center for the first snap to keep his streak of 135 consecutive starts intact. Trubisky led Buffalo's offense effortlessly against an outmatched New York defense, turning in one of the best statistical performances of his nine-year NFL career.
