Jenkins (groin) is not listed on Wednesday's injury report.
Jenkins was forced out of Cleveland's loss to the Patriots in Week 8 early due to a groin issue, but he returned to full health during the team's bye. He'll be available to handle reserve defensive reps and contribute on special teams during Sunday's road game against the Jets.

Jenkins (groin) has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's game against New England.
Jenkins was deemed out with about 10 minutes remaining in the fourth quarter. Prior to his exit, he recorded four tackles (two solo). Jenkins has worked in a rotational role throughout the campaign, topping out at a 40 percent defensive snap share Week 7 against Miami.

Browns' Rayshawn Jenkins: Returns to game, makes impact
Jenkins (wrist) returned to Sunday's game and finished with one tackle, a fumble recovery and an interception in Week 7's 31-6 win over the Dolphins.
Jenkins briefly was removed in the third quarter following a special-teams play but was back on the field five plays later. Earlier in the game, he recovered a fumble on special teams which led to a touchdown. Jenkins later set up the final score, picking off Tua Tagovailoa and setting up Cleveland's offense at the Miami 2-yard line. He has 17 tackles, one pass defensed, one interception and one fumble recovery over seven games.

Browns' Rayshawn Jenkins: Questionable to return
Jenkins is questionable to return to Sunday's game against Miami after injuring his wrist, Kelsey Russo of the Browns' official site reports.
Jenkins sustained the injury in the third quarter. The former Seahawk and Jaguar has appeared in every game for Cleveland this season, and had three tackles this week before exiting.

Browns' Rayshawn Jenkins: Coming to Cleveland
Jenkins signed with the Browns on Monday, Mary Kay Cabot of Cleveland.com reports.
The Browns also agreed to terms with Damontae Kazee, making Jenkins the second veteran safety the team signed Monday. Jenkins spent his 2024 campaign with the Seahawks, appearing in 13 games and recording 53 total tackles, including 2.0 sacks, across 525 defensive snaps. Now in Cleveland, the 31-year-old will likely have the opportunity to compete for a depth role in the team's secondary as the summer progresses.

Rayshawn Jenkins: On way out of Seattle
Seattle released Jenkins on Tuesday, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
In his lone season with Seattle, Jenkins lost his starting spot to Coby Bryant midway through the campaign and averaged fewer than 22 defensive snaps over the last seven games. Jenkins turned 31 years old in January and may not be in high demand as a free agent.

Seahawks' Rayshawn Jenkins: Smaller role following IR stint
Jenkins finished the 2024 regular season with 53 tackles (34 solo), including 2.0 sacks, and a fumble return touchdown across 13 games.
Jenkins signed with the Seahawks in March of 2024 on a two-year, $12 million contract after spending the three previous seasons with the Jaguars. He started at safety alongside Julian Love and played every single defensive snap in the first six games of the regular season. Jenkins registered 38 tackles (26 solo) over that span, and his best play of the year came in Week 5 against the Giants, when he recovered fumble and returned it 102 yards for a touchdown. Jenkins was forced to go on injured reserve in mid-October after undergoing surgery on his hand, and when he returned in late November, he permanently lost his starting role at safety to Coby Bryant. Jenkins and Bryant are set to compete for the second starting safety spot alongside Love for the 2025 campaign when training camp begins in July.
