Redmond (back) passed his physcial Monday and was activated off injured reserve, per the NFL's transaction page.
Redmond suffered a back injury in the latter stages of the 2019 season that forced him to end the campaign on injured reserve. Now healthy, the Harvard product will look to earn a depth role for the Cowboys in 2020.

With regular starter Ryan Kelly (foot) set to make his season debut Sunday against the 49ers and reenter the starting lineup, the Colts no longer had a need for an extra center on the roster. Redmond will be eligible to sign with any team or practice squad upon clearing waivers.
