Cowboys' Tyrone Crawford: Makes little impact in 2020
Crawford recorded 14 tackles (seven solo) with two sacks over 16 games in 2020.
Both sacks came Week 14 against the Bengals. Crawford has been a versatile piece of the defensive line puzzle for the Cowboys for eight seasons, but the 31-year-old is headed into free agency, and his 2020 performance didn't exactly offer the team a lot of incentive to bring him back. Add in the fact that new defensive coordinator Dan Quinn may want to bring in younger players that better fit his scheme, and Crawford could very well find himself in another uniform next season for the first time in his career.

Cowboys' Tyrone Crawford: First two sacks of season Sunday
Crawford recorded two sacks in Sunday's win over the Bengals.
The veteran defensive lineman came into the game without a sack this season, but Crawford brought down Ryan Finley twice in the fourth quarter with Cincy attempted a desperate comeback. Despite the sudden burst of production, Crawford's IDP value is likely to remain very limited in Week 15 against the 49ers.

Cowboys' Tyrone Crawford: Activated from COVID-19 list
Crawford was activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list Wednesday.
Crawford's return from the list after just one week suggests he was likely only placed on it as a precaution after coming into close contact with somebody who tested positive for COVID-19. Since Crawford wasn't dealing with an injury previously, he should be out there for Dallas' defensive line Sunday and will play an important role in the team's attempt to slow down Vikings running back Dalvin Cook.

Cowboys' Tyrone Crawford: Placed on COVID-19 list
The Cowboys placed Crawford on the reserve/COVID-19 list Wednesday, Todd Archer of ESPN.com reports.
Crawford has either tested positive for the virus or come into close contact with an infected person. The good news for Crawford is that the team is on its bye week, so he'll have an extra week to clear the proper protocols before returning to team activities.

Cowboys' Tyrone Crawford: Ready for action
The Cowboys activated Crawford (hip) from the active/PUP list Friday, Calvin Watkins of The Dallas Morning News reports.
Crawford dealt with a hip injury from the start of the 2019 training camp and managed to play four games, but he ended up needing surgery for the lingering issue. The 30-year-old defensive end is ready to rock, however, and he'll have a full training camp to prepare for the 2020 season. Crawford will likely fill a situational role after the Cowboys signed Everson Griffen in early August.
