Three injured players occupy the inactive list submitted Sunday by the Bengals for their game in Tampa Bay. They are linebacker Vontaze Burfict (knee), wideout Greg Little (illness) and defensive end Margus Hunt (ankle).
The healthy scratches are running back Rex Burkhead, defensive back Chris Lewis-Harris and offensive linemen Tanner Hawkinson and Jamon Meredith.
