FS Michael Griffin signed the franchise tag tender on Monday which allows him to participate in the Titans' off-season program, The Tennessean reported. Griffin worked out individually with strength and conditioning coach Steve Watterson on Monday afternoon. The two sides have until July 16 to work out a long-term contract.
