Rams tight end Mike McNeill returned to full practice Tuesday after being limited in practice on Monday in preparation for the Week 4 Thursday night game at home against San Francisco, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.
McNeill was inactive Week 3 against the Cowboys. He is dealing with a chest injury and is considered questionable for Thursday's game at this time.
