Also sitting out are wideout Calvin Johnson (ankle), running back Theo Riddick (hamstring), quarterback Kellen Moore, offensive lineman Garrett Reynolds and defensive end Larry Webster.
With Ebron and Fauria out, tight end Brandon Pettigrew is in for a big workload Sunday.
