Eagles right guard Matt Tobin, who made his start of the season Sunday, suffered a concussion in the loss to the Packers and missed Tuesday's practice, reports Philly.com. Andrew Gardner filled in for Tobin at practice and would start Week 12 against Tennessee if Tobin is not cleared.
