Titans running back Chris Johnson fell 4 yards shy of a 100-yard rushing performance Week 2 at Houston, but he did set a career milestone in a 30-24 overtime loss. Johnson became the third player in franchise history to reach 7,000 rushing yards, joining Eddie George and Earl Campbell.
Johnson finished Sunday's loss with a team-high 96 rushing yards on 25 carries (3.8 ypc). His longest gain went 16 yards. Johnson had one catch for 1 yard. Unfortunately, Johnson hasn't recorded a touchdown in his first two games this season.
The Titans are back in action Week 3 vs. San Diego.
