Broncos running back Ronnie Hillman played through an ankle injury and was limited to only eight touches in a comfortable win over the Raiders in Week 10.
Hillman tweaked his ankle in the first half of the game, which opened the door for C.J. Anderson. Anderson had the hot hand, scoring once and racking up 163 yards of total offense. As a result, the team held Hillman back, as he only carried the ball six times for 13 yards. He caught two of the five passes thrown his way for 9 yards in a 41-17 victory.
With Montee Ball expected to return in the coming weeks, the Broncos could be dealing with a logjam at running back. Hillman will look to get back on track Week 11 against the Rams.
