Lions tight end Brandon Pettigrew (foot) was declared inactive for Sunday's game at Arizona, and rookie tight end Eric Ebron will start instead. Also inactive for Detroit are running back Reggie Bush (ankle), defensive tackle Nick Fairley (knee), guard Larry Warford (knee), defensive end Larry Webster, wideout Ryan Broyles and quarterback Kellen Moore.
