The Bengals have moved seven players -- defensive tackle Christo Bilukidi, guard Clint Boling, punter Kevin Huber, receiver Colin Lockett, cornerback Onterio McCalebb, guard Mike Pollak and cornerback Leon Hall to the active roster. They had all previously been on the PUP or NFI lists.
