Raptors' RJ Barrett: Strong finish to campaign
Barrett amassed 23 points (9-25 FG, 1-6 3Pt, 4-5 FT), four rebounds, six assists and three steals in 43 minutes during Sunday's 114-102 loss to the Cavaliers in Game 7 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.
Barrett played a huge role during Toronto's seven-game playoff run, scoring at least 18 points in each contest. The star forward put together another productive campaign in 2025-26, averaging 19.3 points, 5.3 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 1.7 three-pointers in 30.3 minutes per contest over 57 regular-season games. With most of the Raptors' core players under contract for 2026-27, Barrett is likely to handle a similar role next year.

Raptors' RJ Barrett: Seals win in dramatic fashion
Barrett produced 24 points (8-21 FG, 4-12 3Pt, 4-5 FT), nine rebounds, three assists and one steal over 43 minutes during Friday's 112-110 overtime victory over the Cavaliers in Game 6 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.
Barrett landed a three-pointer with just 1.2 seconds remaining in overtime, sealing an emphatic victory at home. The shot was reminiscent of Kawhi Leonard's game-winner back in 2019, with the ball skying off the back of the rim before dropping into the basket. It continues what has been a strong series for Barrett, who's averaged 24.3 points, 7.5 rebounds, 3.7 assists, 1.0 steals and 2.7 three-pointers thus far. Toronto will now head back to Cleveland for Game 7, where Barrett will look to lead his team into the second round of the playoffs.

Raptors' RJ Barrett: Double-doubles in Game 5 defeat
Barrett tallied 25 points (9-19 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 5-9 FT), 12 rebounds and five assists in 38 minutes during Wednesday's 125-120 loss to the Cavaliers in Game 5 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.
Barrett was relatively efficient in this one, though he did struggle at the charity stripe. Still, the 25-year-old forward led the Raptors in scoring and has now reached the 20-point threshold in four of five first-round outings. He also recorded his first double-double of the season with a game- and season-best 12 rebounds. Barrett and the Raptors will aim to stave off elimination in Friday's Game 6 in Toronto, though they could be without Brandon Ingram, who left Wednesday's loss early due to right heel inflammation.

Raptors' RJ Barrett: Buries six treys in win
Barrett finished Thursday's 126-104 victory over the Cavaliers in Game 3 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs with 33 points (12-19 FG, 6-8 3Pt, 3-7 FT), five rebounds, five assists, one block and two steals in 39 minutes.
Barrett showed up for the Raptors in a big way on the offensive end. He combined with Scottie Barnes for 66 points, though it was Barrett who drilled a team-high six triples. The 25-year-old's production on the offensive end proved to be one of the key difference makers in Game 3 to keep his squad's playoff hopes alive. Barrett is averaging 26.3 points while hitting at a clip of 64.4 percent from the field through the first three games of the first round.

Raptors' RJ Barrett: Near double-double in Game 2 loss
Barrett recorded 22 points (10-13 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 2-2 FT), nine rebounds and five assists over 38 minutes during Toronto's 115-105 Game 2 loss against the Cavaliers on Monday in the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.
Barrett was rebound shy from logging a double-double and had another efficient performance from the floor Monday, finishing as the Raptors' second-leading scorer behind Scottie Barnes (26 points). Barrett has gone 17-for-26 (65.4 percent) from the field over the first two games of the series, and the Raptors will need that efficiency in Game 3 on Thursday if the team wishes to avoid going down 3-0 in the series.

Raptors' RJ Barrett: Tallies 24 points in Game 1 loss
Barrett logged 24 points (7-13 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 7-9 FT), three assists, two rebounds and one steal over 32 minutes during the Raptors' 126-113 loss to the Cavaliers in Game 1 of the first round of the playoffs Saturday.
Barrett was quiet in the first quarter with just two points, but he responded by scoring nine points in the second frame and 13 in the second half to lead the Raptors in scoring. He's carrying some momentum from the tail end of the regular season, when he averaged 21.5 points, 4.9 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 1.4 threes in 31.5 minutes across his eight games prior to the start of the playoffs.

Raptors' Jamal Shead: Starting sans Quickley
Shead is in the Raptors' starting lineup for Game 1 against the Cavaliers on Saturday.
Immanuel Quickley (hamstring) has been ruled out for Game 1, prompting the Raptors to move Shead into the starting lineup alongside Scottie Barnes, Brandon Ingram, RJ Barrett and Jakob Poeltl. Shead started 12 regular-season games, during which he averaged 11.5 points, 7.5 assists, 1.8 rebounds, 1.8 threes and 1.3 steals over 32.1 minutes per game.

Raptors' RJ Barrett: Posts team-high 26 points
Barrett chipped in 26 points (9-15 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 6-9 FT), three rebounds and two assists in 29 minutes during Sunday's 136-101 victory over the Nets.
Barrett's status was up in the air earlier in the day, but he took the court and helped the Raptors clinch a playoff berth in the lopsided victory. The Raptors have made the playoffs despite a slew of injuries throughout the regular season. Barrett endured a whopping 25 games lost to injury, and the lengthy absences of Immanuel Quickley (hamstring) and Jakob Poeltl also posed challenges. Although Quickley left the game with a hamstring issue, Barrett and the rest of the first unit are healthy as they prepare to take on the Cavaliers in the first round of the playoffs.

Raptors' RJ Barrett: Will play Sunday
Barrett (knee) is available for Sunday's game against the Nets, Esfandiar Baraheni of The Athletic reports.
Barrett was unable to play against the Knicks on Friday due to right knee soreness, but he has been given the green light to suit up in Sunday's regular-season finale. In five outings since April 1, Barrett has averaged 19.6 points, 5.4 rebounds, 3.8 assists, 1.4 threes and 0.8 blocks over 33.2 minutes per game.

Raptors' RJ Barrett: Questionable versus Nets
Barrett (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against Brooklyn, Esfandiar Baraheni of The Athletic reports.
Barrett was ruled out shortly ahead of Friday's 112-95 loss to the Knicks, his former team. While the Raptors are fighting to stay out of the Play-In Tournament, Toronto may still be able to allow Barrett to remain off the floor versus one of the defensively vulnerable teams in the league. If that happens, Ja'Kobe Walter could remain in the starting lineup.
