  • Suns' Ryan Dunn: Probable for Tuesday

Dunn is probable for Tuesday's game against the Warriors due to a left knee contusion. Dunn is dealing with a bruised knee, but it doesn't look like it'll impact his status for Tuesday night. Check back closer to Tuesday's tip for official confirmation on Dunn's status.

  • Suns' Ryan Dunn: Pops for season-high 17

Dunn racked up 17 points (6-8 FG, 3-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT), five rebounds, one assist and one steal over 27 minutes during Sunday's 130-118 victory over the Spurs. The second-year forward produced a new season high in points as he scored in double digits for the second straight game. Dunn, the 28th overall pick in the 2024 Draft, could be ready to build on a strong close to his rookie season. Through seven contests to begin 2025-26, he's averaging 10.0 points, 6.4 boards, 1.7 assists, 1.1 threes, 0.9 steals and 0.9 blocks in just 24.0 minutes while shooting 52.7 percent from the floor.

  • Suns' Ryan Dunn: Logs first double-double of season

Dunn recorded 13 points (5-12 FG, 1-7 3Pt, 2-2 FT), 11 rebounds, two assists and two steals over 31 minutes during Phoenix's 118-96 win over Utah on Friday. Dunn cracked double-digit points for the first time this season Friday, and he led the Suns with a season-high 11 boards. It was his first double-double of the season after recording three during the 2024-25 campaign. Dunn doesn't provide much of a scoring punch but would continue to see additional opportunities on offense for as long as Jalen Green (hamstring) and Dillon Brooks (groin) are both sidelined.

  • Suns' Ryan Dunn: Nearly double-doubles

Dunn closed Wednesday's 120-116 win over Sacramento with nine points (4-9 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 0-2 FT), 10 rebounds, three assists, three blocks and one steal in 25 minutes. Dunn checked a lot of boxes in this game for fantasy managers. He started this game and showcased his immense defensive potential with three blocks and a steal. He was also a terror on the glass, with five of his rebounds coming on the offensive end. If there was one bit of bad news, it's that Royce O'Neale played more minutes off the bench (29) and had a strong game of his own. Regardless, there's a lot to like about Dunn's outlook going forward.

  • Suns' Ryan Dunn: Will play vs. Sacramento

Dunn (rest) has been cleared to play in Wednesday's season opener against the Kings, Kellan Olson of ArizonaSports.com reports. After sitting out the preseason finale, Dunn will suit up to get the regular season underway. The Virginia product is coming off a decent rookie season with Phoenix, finishing the 2024-25 campaign averaging 6.9 points and 3.6 rebounds across 19.1 minutes per game while shooting 43.0 percent from the floor and 31.1 percent from beyond the arc.

  • Suns' Ryan Dunn: Won't play Tuesday

Dunn (rest) will not suit up for Tuesday's exhibition versus the Lakers, Duane Rankin of The Arizona Republic reports. Dunn is sitting out Phoenix's preseason finale, but he'll be good to go by Opening Night. He may see more minutes falling his way early in the season while Jalen Green recovers from a hamstring injury, so Dunn could be someone to consider with a last-round flier in deep leagues.

  • Suns' Ryan Dunn: Team option picked up

The Suns exercised their third-year team option on Dunn, Keith Smith of Spotrac.com reports. This means Dunn will be under contract for the 2026-27 season for $2.8 million. This was essentially a formality for the Suns after Dunn put together a strong rookie campaign in 2024-25. The defensive-minded wing will be in the mix for a possible starting job heading into preseason.

  • Suns' Ryan Dunn: Paces Phoenix in SL loss

Dunn generated 18 points (6-8 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 4-4 FT), six rebounds, one assist and one steal across 22 minutes in Monday's 94-76 Summer League loss to the Kings. Dunn was extremely efficient during his limited run, finishing as the only Suns player to score in double figures. The 2024 first-round pick has appeared in two Summer League outings so far, averaging 17.5 points and 5.5 rebounds while shooting 65.0 percent from the field in 25.5 minutes per game.

  • Suns' Ryan Dunn: Available Monday

Dunn (rest) is available for Monday's Summer League game against the Kings, Gerald Bourguet of GoPHNX.com reports. Dunn will return to game action after sitting out Sunday's loss to the Hawks. The 22-year-old last appeared in Friday's win over Washington, posting 17 points (7-12 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 1-2 FT), five rebounds, four assists and two steals across 29 minutes.

  • Suns' Ryan Dunn: Double-doubles Sunday

Dunn produced 12 points (5-11 FG, 2-6 3Pt), 10 rebounds, three assists, one block and one steal over 30 minutes during Sunday's 109-98 loss to the Kings. Dunn finished his rookie year with another impactful performance. Even though most of his contributions aren't noticeable on the stat sheet, which limited his fantasy upside considerably throughout the campaign, Dunn was a reliable option for the Suns all season long despite being a rookie. The former Virginia star averaged 6.9 points, 3.6 rebounds, 0.8 assists, 0.6 steals and 0.6 blocks across 19.1 minutes per game in 74 appearances (44 starts) in his first year in the league. Dunn figures to have a long-term role with the Suns, but his defensive impact will rarely be a game-changer from a fantasy perspective.

  • Suns' Ryan Dunn: Plays well in fill-in role

Dunn ended Wednesday's 127-121 win over the Bulls with 16 points (7-11 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 0-1 FT), five rebounds, one block and one steal in 29 minutes. Injuries to Bradley Beal (hamstring) and Grayson Allen (foot) have been offset nicely by Dunn, who made his fourth consecutive start. Over the four appearances, Dunn averaged 15.5 points, 4.8 rebounds, 2.0 steals and 1.0 assists. The 2024 first-round pick has managed to eke out 32 starts with the team, but he's yet to score more than 18 points this season. The rookie out of Virginia will take a back seat when Beal and Allen return, but he should be a valuable development player heading into next season.

  • Suns' Ryan Dunn: Another solid outing

Dunn closed with 13 points (5-12 FG, 2-8 3Pt, 1-2 FT), three rebounds, one assist, two blocks and three steals across 23 minutes during Sunday's 107-96 loss to the Lakers. Dunn has made two straight starts and totaled 29 points, eight rebounds, four assists, seven steals and two blocks during those contests. The Suns are trending in the wrong direction, which should allow the rookie to carve out a consistent role down the stretch, especially if he continues to produce on both ends of the court.

  • Suns' Ryan Dunn: Four steals against Sacramento

Dunn had 16 points (6-16 FG, 2-9 3Pt, 2-2 FT), five rebounds, three assists and four steals over 33 minutes during Friday's 122-106 victory over the Kings. The rookie forward had just three steals total over his prior 23 appearances, but Dunn was busy at both ends of the court Friday as he set a new season high in pilfers while tying his season scoring high. His elevated workload came with Grayson Allen (foot) sidelined and Mason Plumlee getting ejected after only 16 minutes, so Dunn's strong performance may not lead to a bigger role in the Suns' rotation.

  • Suns' Ryan Dunn: Starting Friday vs. SAC

Dunn is in the Suns' starting lineup against the Kings on Friday. Dunn has been a healthy DNP in three of the Suns' last five games, but he will make his 29th start of the season Friday -- and his first since Feb. 8 -- while Royce O'Neale comes off the bench. As a starter this season, Dunn has averaged 8.4 points, 3.8 rebounds and 0.9 assists over 21.9 minutes per game.

  • Suns' Ryan Dunn: Scoreless in loss

Dunn totaled zero points (0-5 FG, 0-3 3Pt), two rebounds and one block in 14 minutes in Thursday's 124-116 loss to the Pelicans. Dunn's hot stretch in January feels like forever ago, as he's gone scoreless in five straight games. The 2025 Rising Stars participant has seen his role and impact with the Suns shrink over the past month. In 10 games in February, the 22-year-old rookie averaged just 1.8 points and 2.6 rebounds in 11.3 minutes per game.

  • Suns' Ryan Dunn: Scores eight in All-Star Game loss

Dunn logged eight points (3-5 FG, 1-3 3Pt), two rebounds and a steal in 10 minutes during Sunday's All-Star Game semifinal loss to Shaq's OGs. Dunn tied for a team-high eight points with Dalton Knecht, although it was not enough to advance to the final. Dunn has seen a limited role of late, averaging 3.2 points and 2.6 rebounds in 10.8 minutes per contest over his last five appearances. The Suns return to action Thursday against the Spurs.

  • Suns' Ryan Dunn: Three points in Rising Stars final

Dunn tallied three points (1-2 FG, 1-2 3Pt), two rebounds and one block over 3:46 of court time during Team C's 25-14 win over Team G League in the Rising Stars final Friday. Dunn didn't have a major showing in the box score for Friday's final, though he did tie Trayce Jackson-Davis for the best point-differential on Team C (plus-15). By winning the Rising Stars finals, Dunn and Team C will advance to the All-Star Game tournament on Sunday and will face Team Shaq in the first round. Dunn has averaged 2.6 points and 3.1 rebounds over 12.3 minutes per game in February.

  • Suns' Ryan Dunn: Will start vs. Denver

Dunn will be in the starting lineup Saturday against the Nuggets. The Suns will be shorthanded for Saturday's game against the Nuggets, with Kevin Durant (ankle), Bradley Beal (toe) and Grayson Allen (knee) set to miss this matchup. Dunn will be in the starting lineup due to these injuries, which will be the 28th time he's gotten the nod as a starter this season. He's averaging 8.4 points and 3.9 rebounds per game in a starting role during the 2024-25 campaign.

  • Suns' Ryan Dunn: Probable for Friday

Dunn (ankle) is probable for Friday's game against the Jazz. After leaving Wednesday's loss to the Thunder with left ankle soreness, Dunn will likely suit up for the Suns on Friday. The rookie first-rounder has averaged 3.1 rebounds, 3.0 points and 1.1 assists in 13.9 minutes over his last eight games (six starts), so he's currently trending down in fantasy leagues.

  • Suns' Ryan Dunn: Exits early Wednesday

Dunn left Wednesday's 140-109 loss to Oklahoma City after sustaining an ankle injury in the fourth quarter and did not return, Duane Rankin of The Arizona Republic reports. Dunn logged two points (1-4 FG, 0-3 3Pt) and five rebounds across 11 minutes before checking out of the game for good with 11:29 remaining in the final quarter. While his ankle injury doesn't appear to be too significant, Dunn should be considered day-to-day ahead of Friday's matchup with Utah, which is the first leg of a back-to-back set for the Suns.
