Trail Blazers' Donovan Clingan: Notches 10 points in loss
Clingan accumulated 10 points (4-11 FG, 2-7 3Pt), five rebounds and six assists across 27 minutes during Tuesday's 114-95 loss to San Antonio in Game 5 of the first round of the Western Conference playoffs.
Clingan had some serious struggles in this series, but that was to be expected when matched up against Victor Wembanyama. The second-year center put together a breakout fantasy campaign in Portland, appearing in 77 regular-season contests with averages of 12.1 points, 11.6 rebounds, 2.1 assists, 1.7 blocks and 0.6 steals in 27.2 minutes per contest.

Trail Blazers' Donovan Clingan: Limited again in Game 4 loss
Clingan chipped in five points (2-10 FG, 1-6 3Pt), six rebounds and one block over 14 minutes during Sunday's 114-93 loss to the Spurs in Game 4 of the first round of the Western Conference playoffs.
Clingan continues to provide modest production, seemingly no match for the newly crowned Defensive Player of the Year, Victor Wembanyama. Through four games, Clingan has averaged just 6.3 points, 8.5 rebounds and 0.8 blocks. If Portland is to force the series to a sixth game, Clingan is going to have to come up with some out-of-the-box solutions.

Trail Blazers' Donovan Clingan: Offensive struggles continue
Clingan finished Friday's 120-108 loss to the Spurs in Game 3 of the first round of the Western Conference playoffs with seven points (2-6 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 2-4 FT), 11 rebounds and two assists in 20 minutes.
Clingan's offensive woes continued in Game 3, with the 22-year-old now failing to hit the double-digit scoring mark in each game of the series with the Spurs. Even with Victor Wembanyama (concussion) not a lock to suit up for Game 4 on Sunday, Clingan may continue to be a non-factor offensively, especially with Robert Williams receiving a slight uptick in minutes of late.

Trail Blazers' Donovan Clingan: Steamrolled by Wemby in Game 1
Clingan totaled four points (2-7 FG, 0-3 3Pt), seven rebounds and one assist in 22 minutes during Sunday's 111-98 loss to San Antonio in Game 1 of the first round of the Western Conference playoffs.
The second-year center had recorded double-doubles in his last two regular-season matchups with the Spurs, but Clingan simply couldn't handle Victor Wembanyama in the latter's playoff debut. Through seven contests in April, Clingan is averaging 10.0 points, 10.4 boards, 2.1 assists, 1.6 blocks and 1.4 threes over 26.1 minutes, and he'll need to raise his game if Portland is going to avoid a quick exit.

Trail Blazers' Donovan Clingan: Records double-double in victory
Clingan contributed 18 points (6-12 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 3-3 FT), 13 rebounds, two assists and two blocks across 28 minutes during Friday's 116-97 victory over the Clippers.
Clingan enjoyed a productive night on both sides of the ball, as he mixed proficient shooting with solid defense in the paint. The second-year pro has distinguished himself as one of the most consistent centers in the Western Conference, averaging 12.1 points, 11.6 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 1.7 blocks over 76 games this season.

Trail Blazers' Donovan Clingan: Double-doubles in loss
Clingan produced 11 points (4-7 FG, 3-5 3Pt), 11 rebounds, five assists, three blocks and one steal across 28 minutes during Wednesday's 112-101 loss to the Spurs.
Clingan racked up his 35th double-double of the campaign in Wednesday's loss. With 75 games under his belt, he leads Portland in nine-category fantasy value with averages of 12.0 points, 11.6 rebounds, 2.1 assists, 1.7 blocks and 1.1 three-pointers in 27.2 minutes per contest.

Trail Blazers' Donovan Clingan: Struggles again in victory
Clingan closed with four points (2-5 FG, 0-2 3Pt), four rebounds, one assist, one block and one steal over 29 minutes during Tuesday's 114-104 win over the Clippers.
The Trail Blazers have rattled off two consecutive victories without Clingan's usual production. The prolific rebounder has recorded a paltry nine boards over the past two contests, well below his seasonal average of 11.6 rebounds per game. While others have picked up the slack, the team lacks a key element of their success without Clingan's proficiency on the glass. He'll take a day off and try to right the ship Thursday against the Pelicans.

Trail Blazers' Donovan Clingan: Dominates glass in loss
Clingan closed with six points (2-9 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 2-4 FT), 17 rebounds and one block in 32 minutes during Friday's 100-93 loss to the Mavericks.
The 17 boards represented Clingan's best effort on the glass since Feb. 12, when he pulled down 18 rebounds against the Jazz. The second-year center has recorded double-digit boards in 12 straight games, averaging 14.8 points, 13.4 rebounds, 2.4 blocks, 2.1 assists, 1.0 threes and 0.9 steals over that stretch while shooting 50.4 percent from the floor.

Trail Blazers' Donovan Clingan: Big double-double in rout
Clingan closed Wednesday's 130-99 victory over the Bucks with 14 points (6-8 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 1-2 FT), 15 rebounds, three assists, two blocks and four steals in 25 minutes.
The second-year center pulled down double-digit boards for an 11th straight game as he racked up his 33rd double-double of the season, tied for seventh in the NBA with Luka Doncic. During that stretch, Clingan is averaging 15.6 points, 13.1 rebounds, 2.5 blocks, 2.3 assists, 1.1 threes and 1.0 steals in only 26.5 minutes a contest while shooting 52.5 percent from the floor, as he emerges as a fantasy stud.

Trail Blazers' Donovan Clingan: Pulls down 15 rebounds during win
Clingan logged seven points (3-10 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 1-2 FT), 15 rebounds and seven blocks in 24 minutes during Monday's 134-99 win over the Nets.
Although Clingan struggled to find the bottom of the basket, he led with a game-high 15 rebounds in only 24 minutes. Clingan would have likely posted his 33rd double-double of the season if he had not been pulled in the fourth quarter, but the decrease in playing time snapped a healthy seven-game double-double streak. He currently ranks sixth in the category, just behind standouts like Luka Doncic and Victor Wembanyama.

Trail Blazers' Donovan Clingan: Double-doubles in loss
Clingan totaled 18 points (7-13 FG, 4-7 3Pt), 13 rebounds and one assist in 25 minutes during Sunday's 128-112 loss to Denver.
Clingan opened Sunday's game with back-to-back triples, and he set a new career high in three-point makes within his first 10 minutes of play. This was the sophomore center's seventh straight double-double and his 32nd of the season. He shouldn't have much trouble keeping that streak going Monday with a favorable matchup against the Nets.

Trail Blazers' Donovan Clingan: Full stat line in win
Clingan contributed 21 points (9-13 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 2-2 FT), 12 rebounds, four assists, three blocks and one steal across 31 minutes in Friday's 108-104 win over the Timberwolves.
After recording a 28-point, 13-rebound performance in Wednesday's win over Indiana, Clingan chipped in another efficient double-double Friday. The second-year center tied the team-high mark in rebounds and was Portland's third-leading scorer, securing his 31st double-double on the campaign. He also chipped in multiple blocks for a second straight game, and he has recorded at least two swats in five of his last six outings.

Clingan topped his previous season high in points of 24 despite playing merely 25 minutes. The second-year center also hit three three-pointers for just the seventh time this season. He's now double-doubled in five consecutive games, averaging 17.0 points, 13.0 rebounds, 2.8 assists, 2.8 blocks and 1.0 steals across 27.7 minutes during that stretch.
