Williamson helped soak up playing time for the Grizzlies on a pair of two-way deals in March and April. He averaged 10.4 points, 5.4 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.6 steals in 32.0 minutes per tilt through seven games this season, which could offer Williamson some attention this offseason for clubs in search of backcourt depth.

Lucas Williamson: Waived by LAC
The Clippers waived Williamson on Tuesday, Ohm Youngmisuk of ESPN.com reports.
Williamson signed an Exhibit 10 deal with the Clippers in June, but he finds himself among a wave of cuts following Los Angeles' preseason opener. The Loyola product averaged 13.7 points across 32.0 minutes during his final collegiate campaign and will likely begin the 2022-23 campaign in the G League.
