Kaluma agreed to a two-way deal with the Lakers on Monday, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.
Kaluma played well for the Lakers' Summer League squad in Las Vegas, posting averages of 18.6 points, 3.6 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 2.6 triples per game on 61/50/82 shooting splits. He earned himself a two-way deal, but he'll likely spend a good amount of time with the Lakers' G League affiliate.

Lakers' Arthur Kaluma: Scores 16 in SL win

Kaluma recorded 16 points (5-11 FG, 0-4 3Pt, 4-5 FT), two rebounds, two assists and one block in 28 minutes during Monday's 88-84 California Classic Summer League win over the Spurs.
Kaluma did not play in Sunday's Summer League game for undisclosed reasons, but he returned to the lineup in a big way Monday, leading the second unit in scoring. Kaluma has scored in double figures in each of his two appearances at Summer League. Kaluma has yet to secure a deal for the 2026 season, so he will look to continue his strong play in hopes of earning a contract.

Kaluma was waived by the Lakers on Thursday, Ryan Ward of LakersNation.com reports.
Kaluma was brought in on an Exhibit 10 deal in June. This transaction puts him on track to begin the 2025-26 season with the G League's South Bay Lakers.
