Sharp signed an Exhibit 10 contract with the Mavericks on Friday, Keith Smith of Spotrac.com reports.
Sharp has spent a lot of time with the franchise, and the Mavericks are looking to secure his G League rights again so he suits up for the Texas Legends. He's expected to be waived shortly.

The Mavericks waived Sharp on Saturday.
Sharp was previously on an Exhibit 10 deal. He's now expected to join the Texas Legends in the G League.

Jamarion Sharp: Not on training camp roster
Sharp is not listed on Dallas' training camp roster.
Sharp, who agreed to an Exhibit 10 contract back on Sept. 10, is now set up to join the Texas Legends in the G League. Sharp could be among the league leaders in blocked shots per game with the Legends.

Jamarion Sharp: Let go by Mavs
The Mavericks waived Sharp on Friday.
Sharp signed a one-year pact with the club in August of 2024, but he is now expected to join its G League affiliate -- the Texas Legends -- for the 2024-25 campaign. The 7-foot-5 center spent the Summer League with Dallas, during which he averaged 2.6 points, 4.6 rebounds and 2.6 blocks in five appearances.
