  • Trail Blazers' Vit Krejci: Sees light playing time in return

Krejci (calf) tallied two points (1-3 FG, 0-1 3Pt) in five minutes off the bench in Sunday's 122-110 win over the Kings. Cleared to play for the first time since March 15 after missing the Trail Blazers' previous 13 games due to a left calf contusion, Krejci was barely part of interim head coach Tiago Splitter's rotation. Krejci didn't check into the game until the 3:04 mark of the third quarter, playing the rest of the period before heading to the bench for good with 10:08 remaining in the game. Portland is likely to trim down its rotation in Tuesday's matchup with the Suns in the Play-In Tournament, so Krejci could be at risk of seeing his minutes disappear entirely.

Krejci (calf) is listed as doubtful for Wednesday's game against the Spurs. Krejci has missed the Trail Blazers' last 11 games. With another absence potentially on the horizon Wednesday, the 25-year-old will have two more chances to suit up before the Play-In Tournament commences. In 18 appearances with Portland this season, Krejci has averaged 7.4 points, 2.8 rebounds, 1.8 assists, 0.3 blocks and 0.6 steals across 19.9 minutes per contest.

  • Trail Blazers' Vit Krejci: Passive again Wednesday

Krejci posted three points (1-5 FG, 1-4 3Pt), six rebounds, three assists and one steal across 21 minutes during Wednesday's 122-114 win over the Grizzlies. Krejci scored single digits for the fourth time in the past six games, continuing to play a modest role for his new team. Although it appears as though he has at least carved out a regular spot in the rotation, fantasy managers should look at him for streaming purposes only at this point.

  • Trail Blazers' Vit Krejci: Provides spark off bench

Krejci notched 14 points (5-10 FG, 3-8 3Pt, 1-1 FT), three rebounds and two assists over 19 minutes during Thursday's 121-112 victory over Chicago. Even though Shaedon Sharpe (calf) is sidelined, the recent return of Scoot Henderson is cutting into Krejci's opportunities. Although he's scored in double figures in two of his past four games, Krejci's minutes haven't reached the 20s in any of these contests.

  • Trail Blazers' Vit Krejci: Another strong line

Krejci chipped in 11 points (4-9 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 1-2 FT), five rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal over 25 minutes during Thursday's 135-119 victory over Utah. Krejci appears to be finding his form with his new team, and he took advantage of some injuries once again. Over his last two outings, Krejci has averaged 14.0 points, 3.0 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 2.5 three-pointers.

  • Trail Blazers' Vit Krejci: Records two steals in team debut

Krejci (ankle) recorded five points (2-7 FG, 1-6 3Pt), two steals and one assist across 14 minutes in Tuesday's 130-125 loss to the Suns. Krejci had been tending to an ankle sprain before the Hawks traded him to the Trail Blazers on Sunday, but the 25-year-old was quickly able to move past the injury to make his Portland debut Tuesday. He ended up claiming a rotational role right off the bat, and while he struggled to connect from downtown, Krejci made an impact on the defensive side with a pair of steals. The Trail Blazers could get Deni Avdija (back) and Scoot Henderson (hamstring) back from injuries as soon as this weekend, so Krejci may be at risk of losing his spot in the rotation when the team is at full strength.

  • Trail Blazers' Vit Krejci: Ready for Portland debut

Krejci (ankle) isn't listed on the injury report ahead of Tuesday's game against Phoenix. Krejci suffered a left ankle sprain shortly before being dealt from the Hawks to the Blazers, but he's evidently put the injury behind him. He'll presumably see playing time off the bench behind Shaedon Sharpe and Toumani Camara, though it remains to be seen how involved Krejci will be in his first appearance with Portland.

  • Trail Blazers' Vit Krejci: Traded to Portland

The Hawks traded Krejci (ankle) to the Trail Blazers on Sunday in exchange for Duop Reath (foot) and two future second-round picks, Shams Charania of ESPN reports. Krejci started against the Rockets on Thursday, posting nine points (4-7 FG), four rebounds, one assist and a steal in 27 minutes, but he was in street clothes due to an ankle injury during Saturday's loss in Indiana. Like the last few days, his role has been inconsistent all season, and with Zaccharie Risacher (knee) healthy again and Corey Kispert coming over in a trade, Krejci was going to be blocked for playing time in Atlanta. While Portland has a ton of wing depth, the Trail Blazers don't have many knockdown shooters, so Krejci, who's shot at least 40 percent from deep in three straight seasons, could carve out a role as a specialist once he moves past his ankle issue.
