Adam McCalvy@AdamMcCalvy9H agoThe Brewers won all three of the most grueling stretches of their schedule: 18g/17d leading to the break (10-8) 17g/17d with two West Coast trips in August (10-7) 16g/16d in August/September (10-6) -
Adam McCalvy@AdamMcCalvy10H agoBrandon Sproat's four walks with a seven-run lead in the ninth definitely took some of the shine off the Brewers' win for Pat Murphy, judging by this: "It's unacceptable. You've got to throw the ball over the plate or you can't be a Major League pitcher." -
The Brewer Nation@BrewerNation11H ago#Brewers Win! Final: 8-6! W: Henderson (10-3) Both starting pitchers tonight gave up one unearned run, but Gausman also allowed six earned runs in the first 3 innings. The hardest damage was done by Yelich, Chourio, and Contreras who each HR'd. They had all 8 RBIs tonight. -
Adam McCalvy@AdamMcCalvy11H agoBrewers 8, Cubs 6 The ninth inning got hairy, but a sweep's a sweep. The Brewers can clinch a postseason berth starting Friday. And the NL Central lead is up to 10 games with 15 to play. The Brewers and Cubs played seven games in the last 10 days. The Brewers won five of them. -

Todd Rosiak@Todd_Rosiak12H agoKevin Gausman had allowed 10 runs in nine career appearances (47 2/3 IP) against the Brewers coming into tonight. He allowed seven (six earned) in 4 IP tonight. -
Todd Rosiak@Todd_Rosiak14H agoChristian Yelich goes yard to give the Brewers a quick 3-0 lead over Kevin Gausman and the Cubs in the first. Jackson Chourio with the leadoff single, William Contreras a walk and then Yelich goes oppo with two outs. -
Adam McCalvy@AdamMcCalvy16H agoLoved this from @jared_greenspan, who looked for trades that generated the same immediate impact as the Brewers-Red Sox swap at the start of Spring Training: https://t.co/7zKiDq7eTR -
Adam McCalvy@AdamMcCalvy17H agoThe Reds-Brewers probables are not very revealing at this particular point in time. Pat Murphy said the Brewers are considering reconnoitering the weekend rotation. Kyle Harrison tentatively remains scheduled for Saturday but it could be a short outing by plan. https://t.co/VKnisuRe57 -
