Danila Yurov RW | MIN
Wild's Danila Yurov: Strikes on power play Sunday
Yurov scored a power-play goal on two shots in Sunday's 5-1 win over the Capitals.
Yurov ended a six-game slump with the tally. The 22-year-old forward has shuffled around the lineup at times this season, and he's currently centering the third line at even strength. There's enough offense to go around in Minnesota, so that assignment isn't a problem. Yurov has five goals, one assist, 24 shots on net, 12 hits and 13 PIM over 16 appearances this season.

A.J. Greer LW | ANA
Ducks' A.J. Greer: Moves to IR
Greer (upper body) was placed on injured reserve Monday.
Greer suffered an upper-body injury in Sunday's 6-3 win over Ottawa. He will miss at least the next four games, starting with Tuesday's matchup against Vancouver, but it's unclear when he will be ready to return. Greer has four goals, six points, 23 shots on net and 36 hits in 13 appearances this season.

Shayne Gostisbehere D | CAR
Hurricanes' Shayne Gostisbehere: Supplies two assists
Gostisbehere notched two assists, two blocked shots and a plus-2 rating in Sunday's 7-0 win over the Jets.
Gostisbehere's production has been a little spotty lately. He had six helpers over his last nine games, but they've come in a trio of two-assist performances. Overall, the defenseman has two goals, nine helpers, 28 shots on net, 10 blocked shots and a plus-12 rating through 16 appearances. His continued role on the top power-play unit should be enough to keep his offense at a strong level for fantasy managers.

Yaroslav Askarov G | SJ
Sharks' Yaroslav Askarov: First goalie off Monday
Askarov was the first goalie off during Monday's morning skate, Max Miller of NHL.com reports, indicating that he'll draw the start at home against the Flames.
Askarov has alternated wins and losses across his last four starts, going 2-2-0 with a 1.77 GAA and .950 save percentage during that time. He'll have a favorable matchup against Calgary on Monday, as the Flames have recorded 2.57 goals per game to begin the regular season, which is the fifth-worst mark in the NHL.

Spencer Knight G | CHI
Blackhawks' Spencer Knight: Drawing start against Colorado
Knight will start Monday's home game against the Avalanche, Vinnie Parise of The Hockey News reports.
Knight has struggled to pick up wins over the past few weeks, going 1-4-0 with a 2.84 GAA and .906 save percentage across his last five appearances, but he'll be between the pipes Tuesday for the ninth time in Chicago's last 10 games. The Avalanche lead the NHL with 4.21 goals per game to begin the regular season.

Nikolaj Ehlers LW | CAR
Hurricanes' Nikolaj Ehlers: Collects pair of helpers
Ehlers notched two assists, including one on the power play, fired four shots on net and went plus-2 in Sunday's 7-0 win over the Jets.
Ehlers' point streak is up to six games (three goals, six assists). Both of his multi-point efforts this season have come during the streak. The 30-year-old winger is up to a total of 14 points (six on the power play), 34 shots on net and a plus-5 rating through 16 appearances, making him a reliable source of offense in Carolina's top six.

Seth Jarvis C | CAR
Hurricanes' Seth Jarvis: Adds pair of assists
Jarvis logged two assists, three shots on goal, two blocked shots and a plus-2 rating in Sunday's 7-0 win over the Jets.
Jarvis hasn't shown any rust after his return from shoulder surgery. He's earned multiple points in three of five games, giving him a goal, six helpers, 12 shots on net, seven hits, four blocked shots and a plus-6 rating. He's on the third line, but the Hurricanes' offense runs deep. Trust Jarvis to be an everyday option in fantasy.

Dawson Mercer C | WPG
Jets' Dawson Mercer: Dealing with upper-body injury
Mercer didn't participate in Monday's practice session due to an upper-body injury, Mitchell Clinton of the Jets' official site reports.
Mercer hasn't yet been ruled out for Tuesday's game against Montreal, but a better idea of his status could come into focus based on whether he participates in Tuesday's morning skate. The 25-year-old has appeared in each of the Jets' first 15 games of the regular season, recording six assists, 13 hits and 10 blocked shots while averaging 15:24 of ice time.
-
Juuso Valimaki D | CAR
Hurricanes' Juuso Valimaki: Tallies in blowout win
Valimaki scored a goal on two shots and went plus-2 in Sunday's 7-0 win over the Jets.
Valimaki continues to maintain the advantage in a playing-time battle with Mike Reilly. Through six appearances since entering the lineup Oct. 20 versus the Canucks, Valimaki has contributed two goals, one assist, seven shots on net and a plus-8 rating. He's seeing a slice of power-play time as well, though his third-pairing usage at even strength will make it tough to count on consistent offense in fantasy.

Jesperi Kotkaniemi C | CAR
Hurricanes' Jesperi Kotkaniemi: Nets goal Sunday
Kotkaniemi scored a goal, blocked two shots and went plus-2 in Sunday's 7-0 win over the Jets.
Kotkaniemi has two goals over his last four games. He's played more than expected early in 2026-27 due to the Hurricanes' injury issues, but he's been decently productive in a bottom-six role. Kotkaniemi is up to four goals, three assists, 14 shots on net, 15 hits and a plus-7 rating over 14 appearances. He's two points shy of matching his total from 42 regular-season outings last year.
