  • Raiders' Charles Snowden: Retained by Vegas

The Raiders extended an exclusive rights free agent contract tender to Snowden on Thursday, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.

  • Texans' Derek Stingley: Has contract restructured

Stingley had $20.38 million of his $21.59 million salary-cap figure converted to a signing bonus Thursday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

The move allows the Texans to save $16 million in cap space, per Wilson. Stingley signed a three-year, $90-million extension with Houston in March of last year and then finished the 2025 regular season with 15 pass breakups, including four interceptions. He was targeted just 65 times during the regular season, down from 95 the year before.

  • Akeem Davis-Gaither: Let go by Arizona

Davis-Gaither was released by the Cardinals on Thursday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

The linebacker was let go even after finishing with a career-high 117 tackles (51 solo) in 2025, with Arizona freeing up cap space prior to free agency. Per the Arizona Republic, parting ways with the 2020 fourth-rounder, who joined the Cardinals last March, will save the team approximately $5.2 million, while accounting for $1.5 million in dead cap money.

  • Bilal Nichols DT | ARI

    Bilal Nichols: Released by Arizona

Nichols (knee) was released by the Cardinals on Thursday after failing a physical, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

The defensive tackle ended the regular season on injured reserve with a knee injury and appears to still be dealing with the issue. A neck injury and the knee issue have limited Nichols to just 10 games over the last two years.

  • Giants' Gunner Olszewski: Staying with Giants

Olszewski signed a one-year deal with the Giants on Thursday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

The kick and punt returner will return to New York instead of hitting the free-agent market. Olszewski recorded 682 kickoff return yards and 216 punt return yards in in 16 regular-season contests in 2025. He also caught 10 passes for 145 yards and a touchdown as a receiver.

  • Drake Thomas LB | SEA

Seahawks' Drake Thomas: Inks two-year deal

Thomas signed a two-year, $8-million contract with the Seahawks on Thursday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

The starting inside linebacker has a chance to make $9 million in total, per Rapoport. Thomas took over a starting role early in the 2025 season for Tyrice Knight and broke out, recording 96 tackles (47 solo), including 3.5 sacks, and eight pass breakups, including an interception, and then 18 tackles (seven solo) in three playoff games. He appears to have earned a starting role for 2026 as well.

  • Jesse Luketa LB | NE

Patriots' Jesse Luketa: Signs with New England

Luketa signed with the Patriots on Thursday.

The 27-year-old linebacker did not appear in a regular-season game last year. Luketa signed with the Rams' practice squad in November and spent the rest of the season on it. The seventh-round pick of the Cardinals in 2022 recorded 35 tackles (19 solo) across his first three seasons with his original team.

  • Jowon Briggs DE | NYJ

Jets' Jowon Briggs: Retained by Jets

The Jets exercised their exclusive rights tender on Briggs on Thursday, Eric Allen of the team's official site reports.

New York extended the contract tender to the defensive tackle, meaning Briggs either has to accept the one-year offer or sit out. Briggs grew into a rotational player for New York in 2025, playing 586 defensive snaps and recording 38 tackles (19 solo), including 4.0 sacks, and a forced fumble.

  • Jelani Woods TE | NYJ

Jets' Jelani Woods: Staying with Jets

Woods re-signed with the Jets on Thursday, Eric Allen of the team's official site reports.

The tight end appeared in four regular-season games for New York last season, catching one pass for four yards. Woods spent the previous two seasons on injured reserve with the Colts due to hamstring and toe injuries.

  • Cardinals' Emari Demercado: Will not be tendered as RFA

The Cardinals will not tender an offer to restricted free agent Demercado prior to the start of the new league year next Wednesday, NFL reporter Jordan Schultz reports.

Arizona seemingly doesn't deem Demercado worth the value of the low RFA tender at $3.52 million. Demercado appeared in 13 regular-season games last season, rushing 44 times for 312 scoreless yards. He added 13 catches for 101 yards and one touchdown on 20 targets in the passing game. Demercado could still be brought back at a lower cost, but he'll be free to test the open market.
