  • Rashee Rice WR | KC

Chiefs' Rashee Rice: Participating in voluntary OTAs

Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes said Wednesday that Rice (knee) "looks really good" and is "running routes" and "catching the football" at voluntary OTAs, Charles Goldman of A to Z Sports reports.

Mahomes acknowledged that it remains unclear "how much [Rice will] be able to do" during the offseason program, but he expressed encouragement that the standout wide receiver's injury occurred early enough in the 2024 season that "he's going to get pretty much a complete offseason." Coach Andy Reid has already stated that Rice is considered on track for training camp, so while Kansas City may continue taking a cautious approach to the 2023 second-round pick's recovery, he's expected to be fully healthy well ahead of Week 1. That said, Rice remains a candidate to face league discipline related to his involvement in a high-speed, multi-vehicle hit-and-run that occurred in Dallas over one year ago.

  • Chris Olave WR | NO

Saints' Chris Olave: Fifth-year option to be picked up

Saints general manager Mickey Loomis said Wednesday that the team plans to exercise the fifth-year option on Olave's (concussion) contract, Katherine Terrell of ESPN.com reports.

Olave, a 2022 first-round pick, now will have his rookie contract run through 2026, with its final year projected at a guaranteed $16.8 million salary. The star wideout missed the final eight games of 2024 due to a concussion -- his second of the season -- though he did resume practicing in full for the regular season's final two weeks. New head coach Kellen Moore called Olave a "phenomenal player" at the 2025 NFL owners meeting in early April, per Michael Rothstein of ESPN.com, expressing that the team has a plan moving forward to factor "the circumstances he is in" from a medical perspective.

  • Colts' Michael Pittman: Fully healed from back injury

Pittman (back) said Tuesday that he didn't need surgery to address the small fracture in his back he played through in 2024, Joel A. Erickson of The Indianapolis Star reports.

The wideout expressed confidence that his rehab work has been sufficient to get past his back injury, per James Boyd of The Athletic. Last year, Pittman reported pain in training camp but managed to suit up for 16 regular-season games. The 27-year-old said that he's already had the opportunity to work out with new quarterback Daniel Jones, though Pittman's schedule hasn't yet overlapped with that of Anthony Richardson (back), Boyd reports. Jones and Richardson will have an open competition for the starting role, but whoever wins the starting gig, Pittman, Alec Pierce and Josh Downs will be positioned to headline Indianapolis' wide receiver corps.

  • Garrett Wilson WR | NYJ

Jets' Garrett Wilson: To get fifth-year option

Jets GM Darren Mougey said Monday that he plans to exercise the fifth-year option on Wilson's rookie contract, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Wilson's rookie contract will now run through 2026, with a fifth-year option for the final season projected at $16.8 million. He's likely still hoping for an extension this offseason after starting his career with three straight 1,000-yard campaigns as a high-volume target in bad offenses. The Jets figure to run the ball more now that they have dual-threat Justin Fields at quarterback, but Wilson should see a lot of targets anyway, as there isn't much competition for Fields' attention after the offense lost WR Davante Adams and TE Tyler Conklin this offseason.

  • Greg Dortch WR | DET

Cardinals' Greg Dortch: Signs RFA tender

Dortch signed his one-year restricted free-agent tender Friday, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.

Dortch was extended a tender by Arizona back in March, and he now officially re-signs with the team on the one-year deal worth $3.3 million. He played all 17 games with the Cardinals last season, securing 37 of 50 targets for 342 yards and three touchdowns. Now heading into his fifth consecutive year with Arizona, Dortch is again positioned for a role on offense behind Marvin Harrison and Michael Wilson.

  • Stanley Morgan WR | TEN

Stanley Morgan: Let go by Tennessee

The Titans released Morgan on Wednesday, Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports.

Morgan is among the group of six roster cuts made by Tennessee on Wednesday, as the team prepares its roster to house rookies selected in the 2025 NFL Draft. After spending the 2024 campaign on the Titans' practice squad, Morgan inked a reserve/future contract with the team in early January.

  • Tyreek Hill WR | MIA

Dolphins' Tyreek Hill: Miami not pursuing trade

Dolphins general manager Chris Grier said Tuesday that the team is not currently considering trading Hill (wrist), Marcel Louis-Jacques of ESPN.com reports.

Grier noted that Hill, who is recovering from wrist surgery, has been present at team facilities during the early portion of the offseason and is working with new wide receivers coach Robert Prince, per David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel. He dismissed the idea that team was actively looking to trade the veteran wideout by saying the organization would "consider it" for the unrealistic return of "two first-rounders," Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald reports. Things appeared fractured enough between Hill and Miami by the end of the 2024 season that a parting of ways seemed inevitable, but the 31-year-old has since made public efforts to mend fences. After surpassing 1,700 receiving yards in each of the prior two campaigns, Hill was limited to an 81-959-6 line across 17 regular-season appearances last year, enduring both a nagging wrist injury and quarterback difficulties.

  • Andrei Iosivas WR | CIN

Bengals' Andrei Iosivas: Adds muscle in offseason

Iosivas said Thursday he's added roughly 15 pounds this offseason, bulking up to a weight of 220 as part of his workout regimen, Geoff Hobson of the Bengals' official site reports.

Iosivas officially weighed in at 205 pounds last season but said he usually played at nearer to 207, so his offseason transformation has already been drastic. The 2023 sixth-round pick said he aims to play between 215-220 pounds in 2025, saying "that'd be ideal because I really feel like I'm moving better and I'm faster and stronger." At 6-foot-3, Iosivas is already a dangerous target in the red zone, having scored six times on just 36 catches in 2024. If Iosivas' claim that his added size and strength haven't negatively impacted his quickness translates to on-field activities, he'll be primed to enter Year 3 as significant ancillary complement to top wideouts Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins, both whom inked massive long-term deals with Cincinnati in March.

  • Eagles' Terrace Marshall: Landing with Philly

Marshall has agreed to a one-year deal with the Eagles, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Marshall, whom the Panthers took in the second round of the 2021 NFL Draft, is coming off a 2024 regular season in which he recorded three catches for 41 yards on six targets in seven games for the Raiders. With the Eagles, Marshall will have a chance to compete for depth slotting behind A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith, but as long as the top duo is healthy, steady targets will be hard for the team's other wideouts to come by.

  • Allen Lazard WR | NYJ

Jets' Allen Lazard: Agrees to pay cut

Lazard and the Jets have agreed to reduce his 2025 salary from $11 million to $2.5 million, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

It's the third season of a four-year contract that now includes $1.75 million guaranteed for 2025, after Lazard barely played in 2023 but rebounded last season to score six touchdowns in 12 games (10 starts). He turned 29 in December and may now end up in an open competition for WR roles behind No. 1 Garrett Wilson. This will be Lazard's first season playing for a team that doesn't have QB Aaron Rodgers.
