  • 49ers' Trent Sherfield: One catch in Week 18

Sherfield caught his lone target for 13 yards in Sunday's 27-24 win over the Rams.

Sherfield was limited to just 10 offensive snaps (14 percent), which was in line with how he was being used all season. The 25-year-old only had one game (Week 13 vs. SEA) where he received more than 50 percent of the offensive snaps. Sherfield showed some promise in the preseason, building a rapport with rookie quarterback, Trey Lance, so there is a chance the 49ers elect to re-sign the unrestricted free agent this offseason.

  • Panthers' Terrace Marshall: Injury considered short term

Coach Matt Rhule said Monday that he believes Marshall (foot) is dealing with a short-term injury, Darin Gantt of the Panthers' official site reports.

Marshall was placed on injured reserve with a foot injury for the regular-season finale, but he's expected to be ready to participate in OTAs this spring. Once the 21-year-old returns to full health, he'll work on carving out a larger role after he caught just 17 of 30 targets for 138 yards during his rookie season.

  • Tyreek Hill WR | MIA

Chiefs' Tyreek Hill: Expected to be fine

Coach Andy Reid said Monday that the team expects Hill (heel) to be ready for Sunday's wild-card matchup against Pittsburgh, Adam Teicher of ESPN.com reports.

Hill dealt with heel soreness during Saturday's 28-24 win over the Broncos, but his limited role may have been precautionary. The Chiefs will monitor his status during practice ahead of the playoffs, but it appears as though the 27-year-old is on track to play Sunday.

  • Patriots' Kendrick Bourne: Finishes season with 55 catches

Bourne logged 36 of a possible 62 snaps on offense in Sunday's 33-24 loss to the Dolphins, Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports.

In the process, Bourne carried once for eight yards and caught three of his four targets for 24 yards, bringing his final regular-season receiving line to 55-800-5 on 70 targets, to go along with 12 carries for 125 yards in 17 games. In the Patriots' playoff opener this coming Saturday, the 26-year-old will square off against a Buffalo defense that surrendered a league-low average of 163 passing yards per game during the 2021 campaign.

  • Nelson Agholor WR | BAL

Patriots' Nelson Agholor: Catches one pass Sunday

Agholor was on the field for 55 of a possible 62 snaps on offense in Sunday's 33-24 loss to the Dolphins, Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports.

In his return from a one-game absence due to a concussion, Agholor's snap count was tops among New England's wideouts, but he caught just one pass (on three targets) for 23 yards in the contest. The 28-year-old finished up the regular season with 37 catches (on 64 targets) for 473 yards and three TDs in 15 games and figures to log his share of work along with Jakobi Meyers and Kendrick Bourne in this coming Saturday's playoff opener against the Bills.

  • Packers' Equanimeous St. Brown: Snags two passes in Week 18

St. Brown was targeted five times and caught two passes for 22 yards in Sunday's 37-30 loss to the Lions.

St. Brown could have had a huge day had quarterback Jordan Love had a little more time to find him on a deep route late in the contest, but he wound up making only a minor mark in the box score. St. Brown could see more snaps than he is accustomed to in the playoffs if fellow wideout Marquez Valdes-Scantling (back) misses any time, but even in that scenario he would remain behind Davante Adams, Allen Lazard and almost certainly Randall Cobb (groin).

  • Falcons' Olamide Zaccheaus: Catches three passes in loss

Zaccheaus caught all three of his targets for 47 yards during Sunday's 30-20 loss to the Saints.

Zaccheaus finished second on the team in receiving yards behind Russell Gage (126), as Matt Ryan couldn't get on the same page with rookie tight end Kyle Pitts (two catches on five targets for eight yards). The third-year wideout finished the 2021 campaign with 31 receptions for 406 yards and three touchdowns, but he failed to take advantage of increased opportunities after Calvin Ridley (personal) left the team ahead of Week 8. Zaccheaus is set to become a free agent this offseason, but it's unclear what type of market he will draw, so a potential return to Atlanta isn't out of the question, especially if Ridley isn't going to return in 2022.

  • Ben Skowronek WR | PIT

Rams' Ben Skowronek: Held in check in finale

Skowronek failed to catch either of his two targets during Sunday's 27-24 overtime loss to San Francisco. He played 17 of 65 offensive snaps.

While Skowronek finished the regular season with a modest 11 receptions for 133 yards, he did climb into a consistent role as the No. 4 receiver down the stretch for Los Angeles. The rookie probably hasn't been dependable enough to rely on in the majority of postseason fantasy settings, but he is receiving semi-regular playing time for those in cavernous formats or who are looking for a true flier.

  • Rams' Odell Beckham: Shut down by Niners again

Beckham caught just two of five targets for 18 yards during Sunday's 27-24 overtime loss to San Francisco.

This was an uninspiring finish to the campaign for Beckham. He posted a respectable 27 receptions for 305 yards and five touchdowns through eight games after being acquired by the Rams midseason, but two poor outings against San Francisco took a toll on his final numbers. Additionally, his fantasy outlook increasingly appears to be touchdown dependent, as he only topped 50 receiving yards in two appearance with Los Angeles. As a result, Beckham probably should be viewed as a boom-or-bust target against Arizona in next week's wild-card matchup. For what it's worth, he did have one of his best showings as a Ram versus the Cardinals in Week 14 with six receptions for 77 yards and a score.

  • Van Jefferson WR | WAS

Rams' Van Jefferson: Cool stretch continues in loss

Jefferson caught two of his three targets for 31 yards during Sunday's 27-24 loss to San Francisco.

It was a disappointing final four games of the regular season for Jefferson, who finished with just nine receptions for 123 yards during that stretch and limited him to a 50-802-6 line for the year. Still, there were positive signs from the sophomore, and Jefferson clearly is an important piece of the passing attack for Los Angeles. It also wouldn't be surprising if his numbers improve during the duration of the Rams' playoff run. He probably still should be viewed as a risky fantasy target with just modest upside in this week's wild-card matchup against Arizona, though.
