Braxton Berrios WR | NYG
Dolphins' Braxton Berrios: Starts week with limited session
Berrios was a limited participant in practice Wednesday due to a knee injury, Travis Wingfield of the Dolphins' official site reports.
Berrios scored his first touchdown as a member of the Dolphins in the team's 48-20 loss to Buffalo this past Sunday, but he's nursing a knee injury in the aftermath of that game. He'll have two more opportunities to return to full practice participation before Sunday's game against the Giants.

Kyle Philips WR | LV
Titans' Kyle Philips: Fully practicing as window opens
Philips (knee) was a full participant in practice Wednesday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Philips was placed on injured reserve to begin the season, and after missing the mandatory four games, the receiver had his 21-day evaluation window opened Monday. Given that he's already beginning Week 5 prep as a full participant, Philips looks like he'll have a good chance to play Sunday at Indianapolis, provided he doesn't experience any complications with his knee during practices Thursday and Friday. Whenever he's activated, Philips will likely handle punt return duties in addition to providing depth at receiver behind DeAndre Hopkins and Treylon Burks (knee).

Josh Reynolds WR | NYJ
Lions' Josh Reynolds: Groin injury resurfaces
Reynolds was listed as a limited participant on Wednesday's practice estimate due to a groin injury.
Reynolds also tended to a groin issue during Week 3 prep that left him questionable to play after he practiced on a limited basis Wednesday and Thursday before upgrading to full activity Friday. He appears to be operating under a similar plan this week, but he'll have two more sessions to prove his health before the Lions potentially tag him with a designation ahead of Sunday's contest against the Panthers. Through four games this season, Reynolds has hauled in 12 of 19 targets for 215 yards and two touchdowns. He could, however, see his volume in the passing game take a hit moving forward with 2022 first-round pick Jameson Williams eligible to make his season debut this weekend after missing the first four games while serving a suspension.

Jamal Agnew WR | ATL
Jaguars' Jamal Agnew: Limited in Wednesday's practice
Agnew (quadricep) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice, Mia O'Brien of 1010 XL 92.5 FM Jacksonville reports.
Agnew missed the Week 4 win over the Falcons in London due to the quad injury, but it's encouraging to see him on the practice field heading into another London clash this Sunday, with Jacksonville facing Buffalo in Week 5. According to Mark Long of the Associated Press, head coach Doug Pederson said Monday that he's expecting Agnew to play this weekend, and the receiver's ability to practice in any capacity Wednesday would certainly be a step toward achieving that goal. Zay Jones (knee) was also a limited participant Wednesday after missing the previous two games, so if he's back in action Sunday, Agnew would likely be relegated to the No. 4 receiver role.

Deebo Samuel WR | WAS
49ers' Deebo Samuel: Slated to be limited Wednesday
Head coach Kyle Shanahan said Wednesday that Samuel (knee/rib) will be limited at practice, Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.
Samuel was able to play through knee and rib injuries this past Sunday against the Cardinals, logging a typical share (87 percent) of the offensive snaps. However, he wasn't targeted by quarterback Brock Purdy and was contained to just three carries for six yards in the 35-16 win. According to Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com, Shanahan called Samuel "day-to-day" Monday, so the wide receiver appears to be in a similar spot as he was during Week 4 prep.

Zay Jones WR | ARI
Jaguars' Zay Jones: Returns to limited practice
Jones (knee) was a limited participant in practice Wednesday, Mia O'Brien of 1010 XL 92.5 FM Jacksonville reports.
Prior to the session, head coach Doug Pederson labeled Jones as day-to-day, after the receiver had missed the Jaguars' previous two games with the knee injury, per Demetrius Harvey of The Florida Times-Union. Jones at least seems to be trending in the right direction for Week 5, as he failed to practice in any capacity last week. Jacksonville will be playing a second consecutive game in London this Sunday, taking on a high-powered Bills squad that put up 48 points against the Dolphins in Week 4. Jones will have two more opportunities to practice in full and further bolster his chances of returning to game action.

Amon-Ra St. Brown WR | DET
Lions' Amon-Ra St. Brown: Tending to abdominal injury
St. Brown was listed as a non-participant on Wednesday's estimated practice report due to an abdominal injury.
Head coach Dan Campbell was non-committal about St. Brown's availability for Week 5 earlier Wednesday due to a health concern, which now has been clarified. According to Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press, St. Brown was spotted at Tuesday's unofficial practice running at full speed on the side, which generally would be a decent sign that he'll be able to play through the pain. Still, St. Brown wouldn't have taken part Wednesday if the Lions had held a session, so his status will be one to watch as the week goes on to get a sense of his availability for Sunday's game against the Panthers.

Odell Beckham Jr. WR | NYG
Ravens' Odell Beckham: Practicing again
Beckham (ankle) is taking part in practice Wednesday, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.
Beckham got injured Week 2 and Rashod Bateman (hamstring) went down Week 3, allowing Nelson Agholor and Devin Duvernay to take on larger-than-usual roles in a 28-3 win over the Browns this past Sunday. Zay Flowers leads the team in targets, routes and receiving yards -- and was well ahead of Beckham and Bateman even before their injuries -- but there might be room for a second wide receiver to put up decent numbers if Lamar Jackson starts to get more pass attempts (26.3 per game through four weeks). Beckham drew seven targets and two long defensive pass interference calls in six quarters of action pre-injury, while Bateman mostly was limited to slot snaps in three-receiver formations and managed only 59 yards over the first three weeks. The Ravens should get at least one of the wideouts back in the lineup -- if not both -- for Sunday's road game against the Steelers

Khalil Shakir WR | BUF
Bills' Khalil Shakir: Healthy heading into Week 5
Shakir (head) wasn't listed on Buffalo's initial Week 5 injury report Wednesday, Chris Brown of Bills Radio Network reports.
Shakir was evaluated for a head injury during Sunday's 48-20 win over the Dolphins, but he has evidently avoided a concussion and practiced fully with the rest of his healthy teammates to begin Week 5 prep. The second-year wideout should be available this Sunday for the Bills' game against the Jaguars in London, but he holds only a minor role in the Buffalo passing attack. He's played fewer than 30 percent of the snaps on offense in each of the team's first four games and has cobbled together a modest 2-16-1 receiving line on three targets.

Jonathan Mingo WR | DAL
Panthers' Jonathan Mingo: Avoids injury report
Mingo (concussion) wasn't listed on the Panthers' first Week 5 injury report Wednesday.
Mingo sustained a concussion during a Week 3 loss at Seattle and proceeded to be listed as a limited participant on all three practice reports last week. Darin Gantt of the Panthers' official site relayed Sunday that Mingo officially cleared the concussion protocol, but the rookie wide receiver was inactive against the Vikings because he didn't log a full session prior to the contest. Now that he's able to take part in all on-field work to begin Week 5 prep, Mingo will return as a regular contributor to Carolina's offense for this Sunday's game in Detroit.
