  • Buccaneers' Sterling Shepard: Dealing with pair of injuries

Shepard was held out of Wednesday's practice due to hamstring and hip injuries.

The Buccaneers' receiving corps is banged up at the moment, with Chris Godwin (ankle) out for the season, Mike Evans (hamstring) sidelined for at least one more game and both Shepard and Jalen McMillan (hamstring) logging absences to begin Week 10 prep. Shepard has drawn five targets in both of Tampa Bay's last two games, accruing a 7-66-0 receiving line between those contests.

  • Buccaneers' Jalen McMillan: Sits out practice Wednesday

McMillan (hamstring) was a non-participant at Wednesday's practice.

A Week 8 matchup with the Falcons marked Mike Evans' first of a multi-game absence due to a right hamstring strain, and McMillan helped fill the void with four catches (on seven targets) for 35 yards. McMillan then tweaked his hamstring at practice last Friday and wasn't able to suit up for an eventual overtime loss Monday at Kansas City. With an absence from practice to kick off Week 10 prep, McMillan may not be in a great position to return to action Sunday against the 49ers.

  • CeeDee Lamb WR | DAL

Cowboys' CeeDee Lamb: Limited practice Wednesday

Lamb (shoulder) practiced in a limited capacity Wednesday, Joe Hoyt of AllDLLS.com reports.

Lamb played through the pain this past Sunday in Atlanta and eventually was diagnosed with an AC joint injury in his right shoulder following an MRI. He's considered week-to-week, but the Cowboys have some optimism that he'll miss no game action as a result of the injury. With a light practice under his belt so far this week, Lamb at least has put himself in a position to do just that, and his status will continue to be monitored to get a sense of his potential to play Sunday versus the Eagles.

  • DJ Chark WR | ATL

Chargers' DJ Chark: Off injury report

Chark (groin) isn't listed on the Chargers' initial Week 10 injury report released Wednesday.

The Chargers activated Chark from injured reserve this past Saturday, but he was inactive for their win over the Browns a day later. Now that he's off the injury report altogether, Chark appears poised to make his season debut this weekend against the Titans, bolstering a wideout corps currently headed by Ladd McConkey, Quentin Johnston and Joshua Palmer.

  • DeVonta Smith WR | PHI

Eagles' DeVonta Smith: Misses practice with hamstring issue

Smith was listed as a non-participant at Wednesday's walkthrough due to a hamstring injury.

The top of the Eagles' receiving corps has health concerns, with Smith joining A.J. Brown (knee) on the team's first Week 10 practice report. Smith's issue wasn't known prior to Wednesday, while Brown emerged as day-to-day from this past Sunday's win over the Jaguars. The pair will have two more chances to prove their respective levels of health before Sunday's game at Dallas.

  • A.J. Brown WR | PHI

Eagles' A.J. Brown: Officially limited Wednesday

Brown (knee) was listed as a limited participant at Wednesday's walkthrough.

After missing the second half of this past Sunday's win against the Jaguars due to a knee injury, Brown underwent an MRI that eventually revealed the issue to be a minor one that left him day-to-day. With a capped session behind him to start Week 10 prep, he's at least put himself on a path to being active Sunday in Dallas. Brown will have two more chances to get back to full participation this week.

  • Gabe Davis WR | BUF

Jaguars' Gabe Davis: Remains limited at practice

Davis (shoulder) was a limited participant at practice Wednesday.

Brian Thomas (chest) also opened the week as a limited participant, with both wideouts maintaining their levels of practice activity from last week. Thomas was subsequently cleared to face the Eagles this past Sunday, while Davis was inactive for the first time all season. With that in mind, Davis' status for this weekend's contest against the Vikings would seem to be less certain than Thomas'. Unless Davis returns to a full session by Friday, look for him to head into the weekend with an injury designation.

  • Mecole Hardman WR | BUF

Chiefs' Mecole Hardman: Dealing with injuries

Hardman (shoulder/knee) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice.

Hardman exited the Chiefs' Week 9 win over the Buccaneers with a shoulder injury before later returning. It also appears that the Georgia product now is dealing with a knee issue, likely sustained Monday night. Hardman's practice participation Thursday and Friday will be the best indication of whether he can suit up for Sunday's matchup against the Broncos.

  • Jaguars' Brian Thomas: Limited in Wednesday's practice

Thomas (chest) was a limited participant in practice Wednesday.

Thomas played through the chest contusion in the Jaguars' Week 9 loss to the Eagles, but he was held to a career-low 22 receiving yards. If the standout rookie can upgrade to full participation Thursday or Friday and avoid an injury designation heading into Sunday's game against the Vikings, it could portend a return to his previous level of production. Thomas averaged 71.6 receiving yards per game and caught five touchdown passes over his first eight NFL games.

  • Chris Conley WR | SF

49ers' Chris Conley: Opens week as DNP

Conley (hamstring) did not practice Wednesday, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.

Conley suffered the hamstring injury during the 49ers' Week 8 win over the Cowboys and hasn't yet made a full recovery coming out of the team's Week 9 bye. He'll have two more chances this week to increase his practice participation before the 49ers potentially give him a designation for Sunday's game against Tampa Bay.
