Cole Kmet TE | CHI
Bears' Cole Kmet: Breaks out in Week 3
Kmet caught 10 of 11 targets for 97 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 21-16 loss to the Colts.
After two quiet games to begin the season, Kmet started to click with rookie quarterback Caleb Williams in this one, capping his huge day with a six-yard score late in the fourth quarter as the Bears tried to mount a comeback. The tight end may have benefitted from the absence of Keenan Allen (heel) to monopolize intermediate routes, but if Williams is going to attempt 50-plus passes a game -- he went 33-for-52 for 363 yards Sunday -- there should be plenty of volume to go around even when all of Chicago's top targets are healthy. Kmet will look to keep rolling in Week 4 against the Rams.

Jordan Akins TE | JAC
Browns' Jordan Akins: Four catches in Week 3 loss
Akins caught four of seven targets for 29 yards in Sunday's 21-15 loss to the Giants.
Akins tied Jerry Jeudy for second on the team in targets, five behind Amari Cooper's team-leading 12. David Njoku (ankle) has missed Cleveland's last two games, but Akins has just 39 yards over that pair of contests while filling in atop the tight end depth chart. If Njoku's ready to return against the Raiders in Week 4, Akins would fade back into obscurity.

Cade Otton TE | TB
Buccaneers' Cade Otton: Finally emerges in loss
Otton secured seven of eight targets for 47 yards in the Buccaneers' 26-7 loss to the Broncos on Sunday. He also lost a fumble.
Otton was the surprise leader in receptions for the Buccaneers while checking in second to Chris Godwin in both receiving yards and targets. The third-year tight end had recorded only one catch for five yards on four targets through his first two games, but he became a frequent short-area target for Baker Mayfield on Sunday with the veteran signal-caller frequently under duress. However, Otton's fumble, which came at the Broncos' 10-yard line with 3:49 remaining, essentially snuffed out any chance of a comeback for the Bucs, marring an otherwise productive day. We'll see if the strong production for Otton isn't a one-game outlier when the Eagles come calling for a Week 4 home matchup.

Dallas Goedert TE | PHI
Eagles' Dallas Goedert: Career-best day in win
Goedert brought in 10 of 11 targets for 170 yards in the Eagles' 15-12 win over the Saints on Sunday.
Goedert was already expected to see an uptick in targets with A.J. Brown (hamstring) inactive, but he garnered an even bigger role in the air attack once DeVonta Smith exited the game in the second half with a concussion. Goedert recorded two receptions totaling 91 yards after Smith exited the contest, the second a critical 61-yard grab on third down that brought the ball down to the Saints' four-yard line with 1:16 remaining. Both Goedert's reception and receiving yardage totals were career highs, and he could be due for another busy afternoon if at least one of Brown or Smith is unable to suit up for a Week 4 road matchup against the Buccaneers.

Tucker Kraft TE | GB
Packers' Tucker Kraft: Back in Sunday's game
Kraft (shoulder) returned to Sunday's contest in Tennessee, Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports.
After making a brief exit in the second half of Sunday's game, Kraft returned to the field and almost immediately tacked on his second catch of Week 3. He should continue to garner most of the TE reps for Green Bay, though Luke Musgrave and Ben Sims also are on hand in the event Kraft needs another breather.

John Stephens, Jr. TE | DAL
Cowboys' John Stephens: Not playing Sunday
Stephens (hamstring) is inactive for Sunday's game against Baltimore.
Stephens was limited in all three practices this week but he will not play Sunday, and his next chance at playing will be Thursday against the Giants. The Cowboys will roll with three tight ends Sunday in Jake Ferguson, Luke Schoonmaker and Brevyn Spann-Ford.

Tucker Kraft TE | GB
Packers' Tucker Kraft: Injures shoulder in Week 3
Kraft hurt his shoulder during Sunday's contest at Tennessee.
Prior to departing in the third quarter, Kraft had one catch (on one target) for 21 yards. In Kraft's place, Luke Musgrave likely will handle most of the TE reps the rest of the way, while Ben Sims also is on hand at the position.

Pharaoh Brown TE | ARI
Seahawks' Pharaoh Brown: Making season debut
Brown (foot) is active Sunday against the Dolphins.
Brown has yet to suit up this season due to the injury, but after logging three straight limited practices this week, the 30-year-old will take the field. However, it wouldn't be surprising if he saw a limited role with the amount of time he's spent on the shelf going back to training camp.

Thomas Odukoya TE | NE
Titans' Thomas Odukoya: Healthy scratch for Week 3
Odukoya (coach's decision) is a healthy scratch for Sunday's game against the Packers.
Odukoya has been a healthy scratch for all three of Tennessee's regular-season games thus far. The depth tight end may not get a chance to take the field for game action unless one of Chigoziem Okonkwo, Josh Whyle or Nick Vannett ends up having to miss time.
