  • Zamir White RB | LV

Raiders' Zamir White: Rushing TD on minimal volume

White rushed six times for 10 yards and a touchdown in the Raiders' 41-24 loss to the Bengals on Sunday.

White didn't see much of an uptick in volume despite head coach Antonio Pierce's recent remarks about getting him more involved, but he did make good on a red-zone opportunity by capping off the opening drive of the game with a one-yard touchdown run. As his final line implies, White did next to nothing the rest of the way, however, and he's now gone three straight games with single-digit carries. With backfield mate Alexander Mattison logging three more rush attempts Sunday, it appears White continues to play second fiddle in the ground attack heading into the Week 10 bye.

  • Jahmyr Gibbs RB | DET

Lions' Jahmyr Gibbs: Tallies eighth touchdown

Gibbs rushed the ball 11 times for 65 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 24-14 win over the Packers. He added one reception on two targets for 11 yards.

David Montgomery was the favored option in the Detroit backfield in rainy conditions and a positive game script. However, Gibbs had the better fantasy performance thanks to his performance on the team's first possession of the second half, when he tallied an 18-yard rush before finding the end zone from 15 yards away. Gibbs now has eight total touchdowns and has scored in three consecutive games.

  • Lions' David Montgomery: Totals 96 yards in win

Montgomery rushed the ball 17 times for 73 yards in Sunday's 24-14 win over the Packers. He added three receptions on three targets for 23 yards.

Montgomery paced the Detroit backfield in sloppy conditions, accounting for 20 touches as opposed to 12 for Jahmyr Gibbs. That marked his highest carry total since Week 3, and he was steady with the opportunity by averaging 4.3 yards per carry with a long gain of 12. However, he did fail to find the end zone for the second time in his last three contests, which has limited his fantasy output in the split backfield.

  • Josh Jacobs RB | GB

Packers' Josh Jacobs: Used sparingly in second half

Jacobs rushed the ball 13 times for 95 yards in Sunday's 24-14 loss to the Lions. He added two receptions on three targets for 13 yards.

Jacobs was the driving force behind the Packers' offense in the first two quarters, as he picked up 89 yards on 10 carries prior to halftime. He had long gains of 37 and 13 yards, the latter of which came on the team's opening scoring drive. However, he tallied only three carries in the second half as Green Bay attempted to come back from a 17-3 deficit, leading to more involvement for Chris Brooks and Emanuel Wilson. Jacobs remains the clear lead back in the offense, though Sunday's usage was concerning for him if the Packers fall behind in contests moving forward.

  • Kyren Williams RB | LAR

Rams' Kyren Williams: Turns 23 touches into 95 yards

Williams rushed 22 times for 69 yards while adding one reception for 26 yards in Sunday's 26-20 overtime win over Seattle.

Williams had to earn his yardage Sunday in churning out just 69 rushing yards on 22 carries. A long reception helped alleviate what would have been a rough fantasy day on the ground. The 23-year-old remains a strong fantasy play with 718 total yards and 10 touchdowns through eight games this season. Williams continues to serve as the primary back for the Rams heading into a Week 10 matchup against Miami next Monday.

  • Tank Bigsby RB | PHI

Jaguars' Tank Bigsby: Struggles on eight carries Sunday

Bigsby (ankle) rushed eight times for 22 yards and was not targeted as a receiver in Sunday's 28-23 loss to the Eagles.

Bigsby suffered from the return of Travis Etienne (hamstring) on Sunday, as neither back provided fantasy value in a tandem role. The 23-year-old Bigsby was a huge fantasy play in recent weeks with 196 rushing yards and two trips to the end zone in his previous two contests, but he struggled mightily in a split role against Philadelphia. Consider both Jaguars running backs flex plays at best heading into Week 10, with Bigsby being the better bet for a touchdown against the Vikings next Sunday.

  • Jaguars' Travis Etienne: Mild output in return

Etienne (hamstring) rushed three times for 24 yards while catching two of three targets for six yards in Sunday's 28-23 loss to the Eagles.

Tank Bigsby led Jacksonville's backfield with eight touches, but Etienne finished as the team's leading rusher. Neither tailback provided positive outputs Sunday, resulting in the expected cannibalization of fantasy value upon Etienne's return. A similar timeshare should be expected when the Jaguars host the Vikings next Sunday.

  • James Conner RB | ARI

Cardinals' James Conner: Another 100 yards from scrimmage

Conner notched 18 carries for 107 yards and reeled in all three targets for 12 yards during Sunday's 29-9 win against the Bears.

Conner ceded more touches to backfield mates Emari Demercado (six) and Trey Benson (nine) than normal, partly due to him getting a concussion check late in the second quarter after he was flipped out of bounds at the end of a rush, per Bo Brack of GoPHNX.com. Subsequently, Conner missed one possession but was back in action after halftime. Through nine contests this season, he's reached 100 yards from scrimmage five times and now is averaging 92.3 total yards per game. Conner next takes aim at the Jets next Sunday.

  • Saquon Barkley RB | PHI

Eagles' Saquon Barkley: Puts up 199 yards plus two TDs

Barkley rushed 27 times for 159 yards and a touchdown while corralling three of four targets for 40 yards and a second score in Sunday's 28-23 win over Jacksonville.

Barkley continued to carry fantasy squads with another gaudy stat line for the 6-2 Eagles. The 27-year-old has flourished since joining Philadelphia this past offseason, averaging 5.9 yards per carry as a rusher with eight combined touchdowns through eight starts. Barkley has always been a household name in fantasy circles, and he is putting together an MVP-type season heading into a Week 10 matchup against Dallas next Sunday.

  • Miles Sanders RB | DAL

Panthers' Miles Sanders: Rough outing in win

Sanders rushed twice for minus-5 yards in Sunday's 23-22 win over the Saints. He also caught both of his targets for minus-5 yards.

Sanders was highly inefficient in the Panthers' second win of the season Sunday, losing yardage on three of his four touches. He appeared to be one of Bryce Young's favorite targets after posting a team-high seven catches in Week 8's loss to the Broncos; however, he was targeted just twice in Week 9. Expect Sanders to continue seeing little offensive work in Week 10's matchup against the Giants, especially with 2024 second-round pick Jonathon Brooks (knee) potentially making his NFL debut.
