McFadden (groin) is active for Sunday's contest in Miami, David Helman of the Cowboys' official site reports.

Shrugging off a groin strain suffered mid-week, McFadden will continue to serve as the Cowboys' workhorse back, according to Brandon George of the Dallas Morning News. If McFadden upholds his standard from four games as the starter -- he's received 31, 26, 28, and 20 touches during that span -- he shouldn't have a problem producing versus a Dolphins defense that's surrendered a league-worst 11 touchdowns to running backs in 2015.

Hunt was promoted from the practice squad Saturday, ESPN's Tania Ganguli reports.

Hunt will provide depth at the running back position for Houston, a necessary move considering Chris Polk (hamstring) didn't practice all week and is listed as questionable for the game.

McFadden (groin) will play Sunday, ESPN Dallas reports.

He's officially listed as questionable, but the Cowboys' lack of depth behind him precluded any thought of letting him rest his groin in advance of the short turnaround before Thanksgiving. McFadden has been seeing a huge workload since taking over as the starting RB, racking up 105 touches over the last four games, so it may just be a matter of time before the notoriously brittle player breaks down. Expect the Cowboys to get every snap they can out of him until that happens though.

Draughn figures to get a second consecutive start in Sunday's game against the Seahawks, the 49ers' official website reports.

Carlos Hyde (foot) won't even travel to Seattle and doesn't seem like a good bet to return for Week 12. Though far from spectacular in the talent department, Draughn did prove capable in Week 9 against the Falcons, picking up 58 yards on 16 carries and 38 yards on four reception. Kendall Gaskins may also get some carries, and Travaris Cadet could handle some passing-down work, but Draughn is the clear top choice in San Francisco's backfield. Granted, the 49ers are heavy underdogs in a matchup with one of the league's better defensive teams.

McFadden (groin) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game in Miami, Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald reports.

McFadden tweaked his groin during Wednesday's practice, leaving him as a limited participant both Thursday and Friday. Despite the designation on Friday's final injury report, McFadden said he's good to go, according to Clarence Hill of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. He's been dominating the running-back snaps and touches, with no hint of an upcoming change, even though Robert Turbin is expected to be active for Sunday's game, according to Hill.

Mathews (concussion) has been officially ruled out for Sunday's game against the Bucs.

Mathews' absence figures to result in added touches for both starter DeMarco Murray and change-of-pace back Darren Sproles, while reserve back Kenjon Barner could also factor in to a lesser degree on Sunday.

Mathews (concussion) will not play in Sunday's game against the Buccaneers, NFL.com reports.

Mathews did not practice this week and remains in the league's concussion protocol, so he will be unable to take the field this week. With Mathews out, DeMarco Murray and Darren Sproles should see more work, and Kenjon Barner is in line to get involved as well.

Fowler gained two yards while catching his only target Thursday against the Jaguars.

Fowler has been targeted in the passing game for two straight weeks, but the rookie doesn't play a big enough role to hold much relevance for now.

Pierce (calf) is inactive for Thursday's game against the Titans, Ryan O'Halloran of the Florida Times-Union reports.

Pierce likely suffered his injury on special teams during Sunday's win over the Ravens, as he didn't get any offensive snaps. In Pierce's absence, Toby Gehart (groin) will serve as the No. 3 running back.

Michael has joined Washington's practice squad.

The 2013 second-rounder was unable to carve out a significant role with the Cowboys after being acquired from the Seahawks earlier this season, but he'll now provide Washington with added backfield depth in event of a running back injury.
