Green (undisclosed) cleared waivers and was placed on injured reserve Tuesday, per the league's official transaction log.

Green hasn't suited up for a game since making two appearances for the Rams in 2016, where he only played on special teams. The 25-year-old running back no longer takes up a spot on the 90-man roster.

Magee was waived by Atlanta on Tuesday, D. Orlando Ledbetter of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.

Magee has bounced around the league during his first three seasons as a pro, spending time with the Ravens, Rams, Seahawks, Browns and Falcons after going undrafted out of LSU. Magee served as a change-of-pace back in his collegiate career, handling 226 carries over four seasons with the Tigers, but he has recorded only five carries in seven regular-season appearances since entering the NFL. The 5-foot-9 running back will seek to find a new home for the 2018 season at a decisive juncture of his career.

Tillery was waived by the Rams on Tuesday, Alden Gonzalez of ESPN.com reports.

Tillery was placed on injured reserve at the start of last season with an undisclosed injury. After signing running back Nike Holley as an undrafted free agent Monday, the Rams have elected to move on from Tillery this offseason.

Rogers was waived by the Rams just before the start of the season and ultimately ended up on the practice squad. Coach Sean McVay showed that he doesn't have much use for fullbacks in his offense, so his waiving isn't surprising this time around.

Saints head coach Sean Payton and running backs coach Joel Thomas both said they don't want to drastically increase Kamara's workload while Mark Ingram is suspended for the first four games of the season, NFL.com's Herbie Teope reports. "I think it would be a disservice to him," Thomas said. "Let's be honest here -- he's excelled with the ratio he's had, whether it's the carries or the combination with the catches, as well. It's almost a number that you want to get to that he's still getting the touches that he's had in the past. But maybe they occur through two, three or four more carries, and two or three less receptions."

While it would make sense to use their other running backs to absorb part of Ingram's rushing workload, Kamara nonetheless figures to notice some type of uptick -- at least temporarily -- from last year's average of 12.6 touches per game (7.5 carries, 5.1 catches). The team already upped Kamara's workload a bit at the end of last season, giving him between nine and 12 carries in Weeks 15 through 17 and both playoff games. It won't come as any surprise if he pushes for around 15-to-20 touches per game while Ingram is out of the lineup. Trey Edmunds, Boston Scott, Jonathan Williams and Daniel Lasco (neck) figure to compete for a role alongside Kamara for Weeks 1-4, unless the Saints add a veteran to fill the void.

Green was waived by the Bills on Monday with an injury designation, Mike Rodak of ESPN.com reports.

Green's injury is undisclosed for the time being, and it's unclear if it's serious or not. If he goes unclaimed in the waiver process, he'll revert to the Bills' injured reserve list.

Hill was released by the Cardinals on Thursday, Darren Urban of the team's official site reports.

Hill bounced from the Cardinals' practice squad to the active roster multiple times in 2017, but he only logged one offensive snap in two games. His release opens a roster spot for fullback Derrick Coleman, who was signed in a corresponding move.

Hunt (ankle) cleared waivers and reverted to injured reserve, according to the league's official transaction log.

Hunt injured his ankle in the 2017 season finale and was waived Tuesday after failing his physical. Barring an injury settlement, he's likely stuck on IR through the end of the 2018 season.

Barner is signing with the Panthers, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Barner entered the NFL as a sixth-round pick with the Panthers in 2013, but he's made 37 of his 45 regular-season appearances in a Philadelphia uniform, mostly serving as a return specialist and No. 4 back. He'll have a nice opportunity to make the 53-man roster in Carolina, where Fozzy Whittaker recently suffered a season-ending knee injury during offseason workouts. Barner, Cameron Artis-Payne and Elijah Hood will compete for backfield slotting behind the leading duo of Christian McCaffrey and C.J. Anderson.

Green was waived by the Lions on Thursday

The drafting of Kerryon Johnson and addition of LeGarrette Blount figured to spell the end for one, if not more, of the Lions' running backs who were in the mix last season. Green is an early casualty on that front, but it wouldn't be surprising to see the Cincinnati product scooped up off of waivers by another club.
