Williams (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's game at Detroit, Nate Taylor of The Athletic reports.

Williams hasn't practiced since picking up a right knee bruise Week 2. In Williams' stead, the Chiefs rolled with LeSean McCoy and Darrel Williams last Sunday against the Ravens and expect to do the same thing this weekend. Behind McCoy and Darrel Williams, Darwin Thompson also is on hand in the event of an injury or garbage time.

Williams (knee) remained sidelined at Friday's practice, Adam Teicher of ESPN.com reports.

We'll have to see if he's ruled out later Friday, but if that's what happens, the Chiefs' backfield Sunday against the Lions would be led by LeSean McCoy, with Darrel Williams and Darwin Thompson, in that order, next up for touches Week 4.

Coach Dan Quinn said Friday that one of Ollison or Brian Hill will be active versus the Titans on Sunday, Vaughn McClure of ESPN.com reports.

Ollison didn't receive as many practice reps as Hill this week, but the rookie fifth-round pick appears to have a chance of making his NFL debut Sunday. His opportunity comes with Kenjon Barner (concussion) ruled out. Of course, whichever of Ollison or Hill does suit up Sunday will likely be limited to a depth role behind Devonta Freeman and Ito Smith.

Coach Sean McDermott noted that Singletary (hamstring) had a good day at practice Friday, be he still wants to wait before making any determinations on the running running backs' status for Sunday's game against the Patriots, Sal Capaccio of WGR Sports Radio 550 Buffalo reports.

With that in mind, Singletary seems likely to draw a questionable designation for the contest, with a game-time decision scenario a looming possibility. If he's able to return to action Sunday, however, both Frank Gore and T.J. Yeldon's Week 4 fantasy ceilings would take a hit.

Barner (concussion/knee) was ruled out for Sunday's game against the Titans, Kelsey Conway of the Falcons' official site reports.

Barner was a non-participant at practice Wednesday and Thursday, so it's not a major surprise to see him ruled out after suffering the concussion Sunday versus the Colts. Fellow RB Ito Smith (concussion) has been cleared to play and should take up his usual role in the backfield working behind Devonta Freeman.

Singletary (hamstring) is practicing for the second straight day Friday, Joe Buscaglia of The Athletic reports.

We'll see if the Bills list the rookie as limited, but this bodes well for his odds of returning Sunday against the Patriots, even though we'd guess the team will give him the questionable tag. A Singletary return would also put a damper on Frank Gore's value for Week 4 and beyond.

Williams did not return to Thursday's game against the Eagles after taking a hit to the head, but he did have feeling and movement in all of his extremities when he was evaluated by medical staff.

The full extent of Williams' injuries has not been revealed as of yet, but the initial reports about his condition are positive. The Packers figure to provide more details regarding Williams' status after evaluating him again Friday or shortly thereafter.

Jones rushed 13 times for 21 yards and a touchdown while also bringing in six of seven targets for 37 yards in the Packers' 34-27 loss to the Eagles on Thursday.

Jones' backfield mate Jamaal Williams exited the game on a cart due to a head injury in the first quarter, leaving Jones with a larger-than-usual workload in the passing game in addition to his rushing duties. Jones unsurprisingly found running room at a premium against Philadelphia's stalwart front seven, but he was able to power in from three yards out in the first quarter to open the scoring on the night. That touchdown, combined with his season-high six receptions, helped salvage a tough fantasy night otherwise for Jones, who's now averaged under 2.0 yards per carry in each of his last two games. The 24-year-old will look to up his overall numbers in a tough Week 5 matchup against the Cowboys a week from Sunday.

Sanders rushed 11 times for 72 yards and returned two kickoffs for 77 yards in the Eagles' 34-27 win over the Packers on Thursday.

The highlight of Sanders' night was a game-long 30-yard run early in the third quarter, but he was efficient on his other 10 carries as well by generating a respectable 42 yards on those totes. Sanders also showed well while moonlighting as the Eagles' sole kick returner, and although backfield mate Jordan Howard stole the headlines with three total touchdowns, Sanders' second consecutive strong effort on the ground after a sluggish first two weeks was highly encouraging for the rookie's fantasy managers. Moreover, although he surprisingly wasn't targeted in the passing game, that seems like a clear outlier after Sanders logged 10 looks over the first three contests. The Penn State product will look to build on Thursday's effort in a Week 5 interconference showdown against the Jets a week from Sunday.

Williams was carted off the field with an apparent head injury, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.

Williams took a late shot to the head from Derek Barnett and spent a few minutes on the ground before eventually being loaded onto a stretcher and taken off the field. More information about his injury should be released after the game, but in the meantime Aaron Jones will take over all running back duties Thursday as the only active RB on Green Bay's game-day roster.
