  • Packers' Jamaal Williams: Poised for another start

Williams' teammate Aaron Jones (calf) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against Minnesota, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.

Williams took advantage of the same situation last week, picking up 114 yards from scrimmage and a touchdown on 23 touches while playing 89 percent of offensive snaps in a 35-20 win over the Texans. He'll face another shaky defense this week, with the Packers playing host to the Vikings in a game where wind could impact the quarterbacks' ability to throw accurately downfield.

  • Damien Harris RB | BUF

Patriots' Damien Harris: Listed as questionable this week

Harris (ankle) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Bills after practicing in a limited fashion all week, Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports.

That said, Reiss adds that Harris -- despite his listed limitations -- says that he feels "fine" and doesn't give the impression that there's any doubt about his Week 8 status. That's a notion echoed by Zack Cox of NESN.com, who also suggests that Harris could see a heavy workload Sunday, considering the Patriots' injuries at wide receiver as well as potentially rainy and windy weather conditions on game day in the Buffalo area.

  • Dalvin Cook RB | DAL

Vikings' Dalvin Cook: Finishes week with full practice

Cook (groin) was a full participant in Friday's practice, and "all signs point to him playing" in Sunday's game against the Packers, Andrew Krammer of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.

The Vikings initially listed Cook without a game designation before updating their final injury report to mark the star running back as questionable. It sounds like he'd be 'probable' if that were still an option, but cautious fantasy managers may still want to check in on the situation when Minnesota releases its inactive list at approximately 11:30 a.m. ET on Sunday. Coach Mike Zimmer said he thinks Cook should be fine to handle his usual workload.

  • Miles Sanders RB | DAL

Eagles' Miles Sanders: Out for Week 8

Sanders (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against Dallas, Mike Kaye of The Newark Star-Ledger reports.

Unable to practice in any capacity this week, Sanders will hope to make it back on the field after the Eagles go on bye Week 9. Boston Scott is in line for most of the backfield work Sunday night, coming off a Week 7 performance with 92 total yards and a game-winning TD catch on 69 percent snap share.

  • Josh Jacobs RB | GB

Raiders' Josh Jacobs: Off final injury report

Jacobs (knee) doesn't carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Browns.

Jacobs was limited in all three of Vegas' practice sessions this week, but he'll be out there on game day. He was stifled by Tampa Bay's league-best run defense last time out, but Jacobs should find more running room against a Browns defense that has allowed either a rushing or receiving touchdown to an opposing running back in all but one game this season.

  • Aaron Jones RB | MIN

Packers' Aaron Jones: Ruled out again

Jones (calf) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against Minnesota, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports.

Jones will miss a second straight game, and his continued absence from practice suggests he may not be ready for a Thursday matchup with the 49ers four days later. Jamaal Williams got 19 carries and five targets on 89 percent snap share in last week's win over Houston, while AJ Dillon was limited to five carries on 23 percent of snaps. It's possible the Packers look to get Dillon more involved, but Williams is still the safe bet to pile up touches and yards while Jones is unavailable.

  • Bears' Cordarrelle Patterson: Questionable to face Saints

Patterson (quadriceps) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Saints.

Held out of practice the previous two days, Patterson returned Friday as a limited participant. He's mostly been serving as David Montgomery's backup in recent weeks, but Patterson could see some extra work as a wide receiver if he ends up playing and Allen Robinson (concussion) doesn't. The Bears are scheduled for a 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff Sunday afternoon.

  • Joe Mixon RB | HOU

Bengals' Joe Mixon: Sitting out Sunday

Mixon (foot) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Titans, Marisa Contipelli of the Bengals' official site reports.

Mixon now will miss back-to-back contests due to a right foot injury suffered Week 6. With a Week 9 bye on tap, he'll aim to return Sunday, Nov. 15 at Pittsburgh, but in the meantime Giovani Bernard will lead the Bengals backfield.

  • Dalvin Cook RB | DAL

Vikings' Dalvin Cook: Now listed as questionable

The Vikings have updated their final injury report to list Cook (groin) as questionable for Sunday's game in Green Bay.

The team initially left Cook off the injury report but then deemed him questionable shortly thereafter. However, multiple Minnesota beat writers have said Cook is expected to play, a sentiment echoed by coach Mike Zimmer when he said the running back should be ready for his normal workload come Sunday. Even so, fantasy managers may want to check back Sunday morning when the Vikings release their inactive list at approximately 11:30 a.m. ET.

  • Dalvin Cook RB | DAL

Vikings' Dalvin Cook: Cleared for Sunday

Cook (groin) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game in Green Bay.

Chad Graff of The Athletic confirms Cook is expected to play, with him returning to the lineup after a Week 7 bye. Speaking to the media Friday afternoon, coach Mike Zimmer said he anticipates Cook handling his regular workload, per Chris Tomasson of the St. Paul Pioneer Press. Alexander Mattison will slide back to a reserve role after failing to capitalize on his shot in the starting lineup (Week 6 versus Atlanta).
