  • Colts' Jonathan Taylor: Another 100-yard effort in win

Taylor rushed 21 times for 116 yards and a touchdown and secured six of eight targets for 10 yards in the Colts' 23-17 win over the Jaguars on Sunday.

Early on, Taylor appeared to be on his way to another prolific day versus a Jaguars squad he gained 275 yards against in two games last season. Taylor was featured heavily during a game-opening 10-play, 63-yard drive that culminated in a Michael Badgley field goal, and he did ultimately top 20 carries for the first time all season. However, the Jaguars defense was able to tighten up its work against the run to an extent as the game went on, yet not enough to prevent Taylor from recording his fifth 100-yard effort of the season, all of which have come in the last seven contests. Taylor's quest to eclipse the century mark for the third straight time may be an uphill battle in a Week 11 road matchup against the Bills.

  • Bills' Devin Singletary: Scores TD but so do other Bills RBs

Singletary rushed seven times for 43 yards and a touchdown while catching his only target for six yards in Sunday's 45-17 win over the Jets.

Singletary led the Bills in rushing yards, but his output was capped by sharing the load with Zack Moss (concussion) and Matt Breida. Moss also got seven carries and scored a touchdown, while Breida found paydirt on two of his six touches. All three members of Buffalo's backfield found success against a Jets defense that has been the most generous in the league to running backs, but the sledding will be tougher for Singletary and Co. in Week 11 against the Colts.

  • Matt Breida RB | SF

Bills' Matt Breida: Makes most of larger role

Breida rushed three times for 28 yards and a touchdown while catching all three of his targets for 22 yards and another touchdown in Sunday's 45-17 win over the Jets, but he also lost a fumble.

Even with both Devin Singletary and Zack Moss (concussion) active, Breida got in on the fun against a Jets defense that has been the worst in the league when it comes to defending running backs. While all three members of Buffalo's backfield rotation got into the end zone, Breida managed to do so twice. He hauled in a 15-yard touchdown to cap the Bills' opening drive and later ran one in from 15 yards out in the third quarter. Moss's limitations in practice while he recovered from the concussion opened up an opportunity for Breida to get more reps during the week and larger involvement in the game plan, but it remains to be seen if that trend continues in Week 11 against the Colts.

  • Zack Moss RB | CIN

Bills' Zack Moss: Suits up and scores

Moss (concussion) rushed seven times for 27 yards and a touchdown but wasn't targeted in the passing game in Sunday's 45-17 win over the Jets.

After having his practice participation capped while he was in concussion protocol throughout the week, Moss was outplayed by both Devin Singletary and Matt Breida, though all three Buffalo running backs scored at least one touchdown against the hapless Jets defense. Moss's one-yard plunge to put the Bills up 38-3 in the third quarter was his first fifth scrimmage touchdown of the season but first since Week 4. He'll likely continue to get the majority of short-yardage opportunities while working in a backfield timeshare in Week 11 against the Colts.

  • Patriots' Rhamondre Stevenson: Thrives in workhorse role

Stevenson ran for 100 yards and two touchdowns on 20 carries while adding four catches for 14 yards on five targets against Cleveland on Sunday.

The Cleveland run defense had played well before this game, so it's impressive that the rookie fourth-round pick was able to carve out consistent yardage from start to finish in the 45-7 blowout victory. Stevenson might have played well enough to force more of a workload split with incumbent starter Damien Harris (concussion), who sat out Sunday. At minimum, Stevenson has proven he can carry the Patriots ground game if Harris misses any time in the future.

  • Browns' D'Ernest Johnson: Plays well in spot start

Johnson ran for 99 yards on 19 carries while catching seven passes for 58 yards on eight targets against New England on Sunday.

The Browns weren't very threatening in the 45-7 loss and the point gap might have led New England to play less aggressively on defense, but this is still an impressive showing for the undrafted Johnson, who has thrived in both of his spot starts this year. Johnson is expected to head back to a reserve role against the Lions in Week 11, but by now he's given convincing reason to believe he'll play well whenever he gets an extended opportunity.

  • Tony Pollard RB | TEN

Cowboys' Tony Pollard: Just shy of 100 scrimmage yards

Pollard rushed 11 times for 42 yards and caught six of seven targets for 56 yards in Sunday's 43-3 win over the Falcons.

Pollard actually mustered one more rushing yard than Ezekiel Elliott on three fewer carries, but Elliott scored a pair of short touchdowns, while Pollard still hasn't found the end zone since Week 2. This was the best pass-catching performance of the season for Pollard, both in terms of receptions and yardage, but his ceiling remains capped by his change-of-pace role and lack of red-zone usage heading into a Week 11 road matchup with the Chiefs.

  • Cowboys' Ezekiel Elliott: Two short TDs in blowout win

Elliott rushed 14 times for 41 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 43-3 win over the Falcons. He also caught all three of his targets for 15 yards, ran in a two-point conversion, threw a four-yard pass and lost a fumble.

Elliott was a key contributor in Dallas' dominant second quarter, during which the Cowboys outscored the Falcons 29-0. He powered in touchdowns from one and two yards out and also ran in a two-point conversion, demonstrating his short-yardage prowess. Elliott's up to seven rushing touchdowns this season, and he has now produced at least eight scrimmage touchdowns in each of his first six NFL campaigns. He'll have a favorable Week 11 matchup next in what should be a high-scoring battle with the Chiefs.

  • Mike Boone RB | MIA

Broncos' Mike Boone: Can't go Sunday

Boone (hip) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Eagles, Zac Stevens of TheDNVR.com reports.

Boone was limited Thursday before a DNP on Friday. Damarea Crockett should pick up the slack in the meantime.

  • Lions' Jermar Jefferson: Hurts ankle Sunday

Jefferson injured his ankle during Sunday's game at Pittsburgh.

Jefferson was off to a nice start before his departure in the first half, taking three carries for 41 yards and one touchdown. After the 28-yard score, though, Lions trainers checked out his left ankle, and the rookie seventh-rounder needed a cart to get off the field, per Chris Burke of The Athletic. A declaration of questionable to return was announced not long afterward, so the Lions will operate with D'Andre Swift and Godwin Igwebuike out of the backfield as long as Jefferson is sidelined with Jamaal Williams (thigh) out for a second consecutive contest.
