Derrick Henry RB | BAL
Titans' Derrick Henry: Not activated for Week 18
Henry (foot) remains on IR ahead of Sunday's game against the Texans, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
With Henry -- who last suited up in Week 8 -- not moved to the active roster Saturday, the star running back will target a potential return to the lineup in the Titans' postseason opener. In his continued absence, D'Onta Foreman and Dontrell Hilliard will head the team's rushing attack in Week 18, with Jordan Wilkins on hand in reserve.

D'Ernest Johnson RB | NE
Browns' D'Ernest Johnson: Set to play
Cleveland activated Johnson (illness) from the reserve/COVID-19 list Saturday.
Johnson will be available for Sunday's season finale against the Bengals, though he may not be in store for a major role since lead back Nick Chubb carries no injury designation after being limited in practice all week due to rib and chest injuries. Meanwhile, No. 2 back Kareem Hunt is listed as questionable with the ankle injury that has sidelined him since Week 14. Expect more clarification on Johnson's role once Cleveland releases its inactive list prior to the team's 1 p.m. ET kickoff.

Ke'Shawn Vaughn RB | SF
Buccaneers' Ke'Shawn Vaughn: More snaps on tap for Week 18
Vaughn and Le'Veon Bell will be the Buccaneers' main running backs Sunday against the Panthers with Ronald Jones (ankle) ruled out and Leonard Fournette (hamstring) and Giovani Bernard (hip/knee) still on injured reserve, Joey Knight and Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times report.
After Fournette hit IR following a Week 15 loss to the Saints due to a hamstring strain, Jones stepped in as the No. 1 RB the past two contests, but he sustained an ankle injury this past Sunday at the Jets. As a result, Vaughn has earned the bulk of his touches on the season over the last three games, racking up 18 carries for 120 yards, two catches (on six targets) for 14 yards and one rushing TD. Bell also mixed in Weeks 16 and 17, with eight touches for 34 yards from scrimmage. The likely outcome is Vaughn serving as the early down option for the Bucs, with Bell and potentially practice squad member Kenjon Barner serving as complementary pieces.

Corey Clement RB | ARI
Cowboys' Corey Clement: Poised for bigger workload Week 18
Clement may be in line for more work alongside Ezekiel Elliott on Saturday at Philadelphia with Tony Pollard (foot) unavailable for the contest, Jon Machota of The Athletic reports.
Pollard logged limited practices during Week 18 prep and was given a questionable tag on Thursday's injury report. However, the Cowboys ruled him out Friday, giving him a week of rest ahead of the postseason. Clement hasn't had many chances to produce behind Elliott and Pollard this season, as he's averaged 3.2 yards on his 26 carries and posted two catches (on three targets) for seven yards in 16 games. Still, when he stepped in as the No. 2 RB for Pollard in Week 13 at Washington, he turned 14 touches into 46 total yards.

Kenneth Gainwell RB | TB
Eagles' Kenneth Gainwell: Increase in work possible Saturday
Gainwell could be in line for an elevated workload Saturday against the Cowboys with Miles Sanders (hand) ruled out and Boston Scott (illness) and Jordan Howard (illness) still on the reserve/COVID-19 list, Chris McPherson of the Eagles' official site reports.
Fortunately for the Eagles, they have until 4:00 p.m. ET on Saturday to activate Scott and/or Howard. If one or both are unable to do so, Gainwell is the only healthy running back on the active roster and would be poised to take on more snaps and reps out of the backfield Saturday night. The rookie fifth-round pick has averaged 3.8 yards on his 56 carries, gathered in 29 of 43 targets for 244 yards and totaled five touchdowns in 15 appearances. To bolster its depth behind Gainwell, the team may opt to elevate Jason Huntley and/or Kerryon Johnson from the practice squad.

Derrick Henry RB | BAL
Titans' Derrick Henry: Decision pending for Sunday
The Titans have until 4:00 p.m. ET on Saturday to activate Henry (foot) from injured reserve and make him available for Sunday's game at Houston, Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports.
Henry has been on the reserve list since breaking a bone in his right foot on Oct. 31 that required surgery. The Titans designated the running back for return from IR only Wednesday, opening a 21-day window to evaluate him at practice. Speaking to the media Friday, coach Mike Vrabel said the team has "some time to make that decision," but after back-to-back sessions at their indoor facility, they'll "see where he is at" Saturday to get a sense of where Henry stands in his recovery. Before Henry returned to drills, Dianna Russini of ESPN reported there's a chance he's cleared to play this Sunday, but it's also a long shot. In the end, Henry is more likely to get back on the active roster at some point in the playoffs.

Josh Jacobs RB | GB
Raiders' Josh Jacobs: Questionable for Sunday night
Jacobs (ribs) is listed as questionable for Sunday night's game against the Chargers, Rachel Gossen of the Raiders' official site reports.
The Raiders listed the running back as a limited practice participant all week, a slate that included walkthroughs Wednesday and Thursday. However, given his official 'questionable' designation, Jacobs' status is worth tracking ahead of Sunday night's 8:20 p.m. ET kickoff. Ideally, some added context on that front will arrive late Saturday or early Sunday when national reporters like ESPN's Adam Schefter and NFL Network's Ian Rapoport put out their weekly injury updates. Those looking for some insurance for Jacobs considering Las Vegas' late kickoff may want to consider adding Peyton Barber.

James Conner RB | ARI
Cardinals' James Conner: Listed as questionable
Conner (heel) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against Seattle, Josh Weinfuss of ESPN.com reports.
With backfield mate Chase Edmonds (ribs/toe) already ruled out, the Cards have some extra incentive to get Conner back in action after back-to-back missed games. Still, fantasy managers should treat him as questionable barring further updates, with Eno Benjamin and Jonathan Ward on hand for RB snaps if Conner can't go or is limited. The Cardinals are scheduled for a 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff, needing a win or a Rams loss to earn the NFC West crown.
-
Elijah Mitchell RB | PHI
49ers' Elijah Mitchell: Good to go
Mitchell (knee) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Rams, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.
Mitchell returned from a three-game absence last week and took 23 touches for 130 yards and a TD in the 49ers' 23-7 win over Houston. He should be busy again Sunday, regardless of whether Jimmy Garoppolo (questionable/thumb) or Trey Lance is starting at quarterback. In his first matchup with the Rams, back in Week 10, Mitchell took 27 carries for 91 scoreless yards and finished without a target in a 31-10 win for the Niners.

Damien Harris RB | BUF
Patriots' Damien Harris: Listed as questionable for Sunday
Harris (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Dolphins after practicing in a limited fashion this past week.
Harris continues to manage a hamstring issue that forced him out of last weekend's blowout win over the Jaguars, but it's something that the running back downplayed afterward. With that and his ability to practice all week in mind, we'd be surprised if Harris wasn't available for Sunday's 4:25 p.m. ET contest. Assuming he's active, Harris and Rhamondre Stevenson would be in line to share the Patriots' early down work versus Miami, while Brandon Bolden handles change-of-pace duties.
