Wilson carried the ball 17 times for 120 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 37-15 win over the Panthers. He also caught one of two targets for 12 yards.

The fifth-year back could have posted even better numbers, but Tevin Coleman made a surprising return to prominence by scoring two TDs of his own. It was Wilson's best single-game rushing total since he erupted for 183 yards in Week 16 of 2020, and even with Coleman back in town, he should remain the 49ers' lead back as long as Elijah Mitchell (knee) is sidelined.

Gibson had three carries for six yards in Sunday's 21-17 loss to the Titans. He added three catches on four targets for 33 yards.

Gibson saw a dramatic dip in opportunity due to the return of Brian Robinson. Even with Robinson reportedly on a pitch count, Gibson was almost completely phased out of the game plan as a rusher. He did maintain his role as a pass catcher, though he'll have to split those duties with J.D. McKissic moving forward. All told, Gibson won't have trustworthy volume so long as the Commanders' backfield remains healthy.

Benjamin ran for 25 yards and one touchdown on eight carries against Philadelphia on Sunday while catching three passes for 28 yards on four targets.

Benjamin rose to the occasion after James Conner (ribs) and Darrel Williams (knee) left with injuries, and it marks another solid showing by the emerging third-year back. If either of Conner or Williams can't play in Week 6, it could be a breakout setup for Benjamin, as the Cardinals face off against a Seattle defense that seemingly can't stop anyone.

Robinson carried the ball nine times for 22 yards in Sunday's 21-17 loss to the Titans.

Robinson made his NFL debut after missing the Commanders' first four games due to a leg injury he sustained during an attempted robbery Aug. 28. It was reported he would be on a pitch count as a result, but he still dominated touches out of the backfield by out-carrying Antonio Gibson 9-3. It has yet to be seen how efficient Robinson can be, but it appears that he should see plenty of opportunity moving forward.

Kamara rushed the ball 23 times for 103 yards in Sunday's 39-32 win over the Seahawks. He added six receptions on six targets for 91 yards.

Kamara has missed two of the Saints' first four games due to a rib issue, but he showed no ill effects against Seattle. He wasn't able to find the end zone but still delivered a few splash plays, highlighted by a 54-yard catch and run that set up a touchdown two plays later. Also of note was the volume that Kamara handled, as his 29 touches were 12 more than he had seen in a previous game this season. While he began the campaign by splitting the backfield with Mark Ingram, Kamara looks to be in line to handle something closer to a workhorse role moving forward.

Sanders ran for 58 yards on 15 carries against Arizona on Sunday while catching two passes for six yards on three targets.

Sanders couldn't get much going as the Eagles mustered just 20 points against a previously beleaguered Arizona defense. So long as Sanders maintains his recent workload share -- the second-most active Eagles running back (Kenneth Gainwell) saw just three carries and zero targets in this game -- better days should be ahead. Sanders can run with the ball, and in its current construction the Eagles offense appears headed toward a high point total in 2022. If Sanders just maintains his current usage tendencies he could bounce back as soon as against Dallas in Week 6.

Ward won't return to Sunday's game against the Eagles due to a hamstring injury, Tyler Drake of ArizonaSports.com reports.

Ward was ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's game in the second half, although the extent of his injury isn't yet clear. His next chance to play will be next Sunday against the Seahawks.

Robinson rushed 10 times for 27 yards and caught both of his targets for 12 yards in Sunday's 13-6 loss to Houston.

Robinson was outperformed by Travis Etienne (13 touches for 114 yards) for the second week in a row, despite both backs getting a nearly even split in touches. This trend doesn't bode well for the veteran of the duo, as Robinson saw most of his fantasy production this season come from a three-game burst to open the year. The 2-3 Jaguars will face a tough defense on the road against the Colts next Sunday, making Robinson a touchdown-dependent flex play at best.

Singletary rushed six times for 42 yards and brought in one of two targets for four yards in the Bills' 38-3 win over the Steelers on Sunday.

Singletary was highly efficient with his rushing workload, but he had precious few opportunities to build on his success despite the Bills boasting a comfortable lead most of the game. The fourth-year back has logged double-digit carries only once this season, Sunday, he gave way to rookie James Cook once the game was completely out of hand. Singletary and his fantasy managers will perhaps see more opportunity on his behalf in a Week 6 road showdown against the Chiefs.

Williams left Sunday's game due to a knee injury, Josh Weinfuss of ESPN.com reports.

In the waning moments of the third quarter, Williams was evaluated by team trainers on the sideline before walking to the locker room. This marks three Cardinals running back that got hurt Sunday after James Conner exited earlier with a rib concern and Jonathan Ward suffered a hamstring injury shortly after Williams. If Conner, Williams and Ward are unable to reenter the contest, Eno Benjamin will handle most of the work out of the backfield, as rookie sixth-round pick Keaontay Ingram was inactive again.
