  • Alvin Kamara RB | NO

Saints' Alvin Kamara: Coughs up ball twice

Kamara was limited to 13 rushing yards on seven carries and 37 receiving yards on six receptions (seven targets) in Sunday's 13-0 loss to the 49ers. He also lost two fumbles.

Kamara coughed up the ball on the Saints' first and last offensive drives, effectively hamstringing the offense in a winnable contest. The latter fumble was especially tough to swallow for fantasy owners, as the ball was punched out at the goal line as the back was fighting for a potential touchdown. To add insult to injury for Kamara's fantasy managers, the star player was seen being treated in the medical tent following the aforementioned play, John Hendrix of SI.com reports. The 27-year-old remained in pads and returned to the sidelines for the final couple minutes of garbage time. It wouldn't be surprising to see Kamara pop up on the injury report this week ahead of next Monday's tilt against the Buccaneers.

  • James Conner RB | ARI

Cardinals' James Conner: Scores, tallies 140 yards

Conner rushed the ball 25 times for 120 yards in Sunday's 25-24 loss to the Chargers. He added three receptions for 20 yards and a touchdown.

Conner accounted for 25 of 27 carries allotted to Arizona running backs and turned in his best effort of the season by a wide margin. He took advantage of a leaky Chargers' run defense to rip off runs of 20 and 18 yards and also found the end zone on a six-yard reception early in the fourth quarter. Conner will continue to see tremendous volume, though it's worth keeping expectations in check given that he had not topped 70 rushing yards in a game this season entering Sunday's matchup.

  • 49ers' Elijah Mitchell: Likely sprained other MCL

Mitchell (knee) likely sprained his MCL in Sunday's win over the Saints, but the injury isn't to the same knee as his Week 1 MCL sprain, per coach Kyle Shanahan, Eric Branch of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

Mitchell sat out Weeks 2-8 due to the first MCL sprain, which suggests he could be facing another multi-week absence, though the 49ers will do more testing before releasing a return timetable. Shanahan believes this injury is less severe than Mitchell's previous MCL sprain, per Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area. Christian McCaffrey will lead the 49ers' backfield in Mitchell's absence, with Jordan Mason and possibly fellow rookie Tyrion Davis-Price on hand as well.

  • Austin Ekeler RB | WAS

Chargers' Austin Ekeler: Heavy volume as pass catcher

Ekeler recorded five rushes for 20 yards in Sunday's 25-24 win over Arizona. He added 11 receptions on 15 targets for 60 yards and a touchdown.

Ekeler was bottled up on the ground, with Justin Herbert serving as the team's leading rusher. However, Ekeler managed to make up for it through volume as a pass catcher by matching his season high in targets while recording his third game with 10 or more receptions. The highlight of his performance came with 15 seconds left in the game when he caught a one-yard touchdown that set up the game-winning two-point conversion. Though it's impossible to complain about Ekeler's production through 11 games this season, he has failed to reach 100 total yards in three of his last four matchups.

  • D'Onta Foreman RB | CLE

Panthers' D'Onta Foreman: Bounces back against Denver

Foreman rushed the ball 24 times for 113 yards in Sunday's 23-10 win over the Broncos.

Foreman split work with Chuba Hubbard fairly evenly -- particularly early in the game -- as the duo combined for 41 rushing attempts in a run-heavy attack for Carolina. Foreman was also efficient, ripping off three double-digit gains to top 100 rushing yards for the fourth time this season and for as many times in the team's last six games. The Panthers are heading into a Week 13 bye, but Foreman will likely continue to shoulder a heavy workload for the rest of the season.

  • Commanders' Brian Robinson: Thrives in lead role

Robinson rushed the ball 18 times for 105 yards in Sunday's 19-13 win over the Falcons. He added two receptions for 20 yards and a touchdown.

Robinson led the Washington backfield with 22 touches compared to 12 for Antonio Gibson. That likely had to do with game script, as Washington held a small lead for the majority of the game and was content to keep the ball on the ground in rainy weather. Robinson took advantage of the opportunity by topping 100 rushing yards in a game for the first time in his career while ripping off runs of 21, 12 and 11 yards to get there. He also found his way to the end zone on a 14-yard score to tally Washington's first touchdown of the day. Robinson will likely be reliant upon positive game script to replicate this type of performance, though he has shown the ability to shoulder a heavy workload.

  • Josh Jacobs RB | GB

Raiders' Josh Jacobs: Back in for OT

Jacobs (calf) returned for overtime in Sunday's game against the Seahawks, Case Keefer of the Las Vegas Sun reports.

Jacobs was deemed questionable to return in the fourth quarter, but he's gutting it out with the game on the line. Prior to aggravating the calf injury, Jacobs compiled nearly 200 scrimmage yards and a touchdown, and he surpassed that milestone with a 15-yard run in overtime.

  • Josh Jacobs RB | GB

Raiders' Josh Jacobs: Injured late in terrific game

Jacobs (calf) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Seahawks.

Jacobs was injured in the fourth quarter. This injury is presumably linked to the calf injury he was nursing coming into the game. Prior to getting hurt, Jacobs seemed healthy, rushing 28 times for 120 yards and a touchdown while catching all six of his targets for 74 yards.

  • Jaguars' Travis Etienne: Foot injury downplayed

Etienne, who exited Sunday's 28-27 win over the Ravens after just two carries due to a foot injury, downplayed the issue afterward, Adam Stites of USA Today reports.

Etienne told John Shipley of SI.com after Sunday's contest that "we'll be straight by next weekend." Meanwhile, head coach Doug Pederson said that Etienne could have returned to the game if necessary, but the Jaguars opted to hold the running back out as a precaution, per The Associated Press. With that in mind, Etienne's status is still worth monitoring ahead of next weekend's game against the Lions, but at this stage it appears as though the he avoided a major setback with his foot Sunday. Etienne finished the day with three yards on two carries and wasn't targeted in the passing game.

  • Falcons' Cordarrelle Patterson: Racks up 71 total yards

Patterson rushed the ball 11 times for 52 yards in Sunday's 19-13 loss to the Commanders. He added three receptions on five targets for 19 yards.

Patterson continued to see his workload monitored carefully, as he's now seen between 10 and 13 carries in three of his four games since returning from a knee injury. He also managed gains of 21, 15 and 13 yards to top 50 rushing yards for the second consecutive game. Patterson's involvement as a pass catcher was also encouraging, as his five targets matched his highest mark of the season.
