Matthew Stafford QB | LAR
Lions' Matthew Stafford: Unable to lead Lions to victory
Stafford completed 22 of 40 pass attempts for 260 yards, one touchdown and one interception in the Lions' Week 2 defeat at the hands of the Titans. He also added 31 rushing yards on two carries.
Stafford wasn't as impressive in his second outing of 2016 as he was the first. However, he was thankfully uninjured after taking an uncalled blow to his legs in the second half. Regardless, he had a chance to set the Lions up for a game-winning field goal with 22 seconds left in regulation, but threw an ugly interception that ultimately sealed the victory for Tennessee. Whereas his overall stat line would have been more impressive had a touchdown to TE Eric Ebron not been called off due to an offensive pass interference penalty, Stafford nonetheless posted a glaringly-bad 55 percent completion rate, his worst since 2014. He'll look to rebound Week 3 against the Packers.

Jimmy Garoppolo QB | LAR
Patriots' Jimmy Garoppolo: Throws three TDs before suffering shoulder injury
Prior to his exit from Sunday's game against the Dolphins due to a right shoulder injury, Garoppolo had completed 18 of 27 passes for 234 yards and three touchdowns.
Despite exiting the game with 4:02 remaining in the second quarter, Garoppolo put up respectable fantasy stats for those who rolled with him in Week 2 lineups. Of more concern is that the Patriots face a quick turnaround schedule-wise, as they play the Texans at home on Thursday. If Garoppolo is unable to bounce back in time for that contest, Jacoby Brissett -- who took over at QB for the Patriots on Sunday -- would be line for his first NFL start in Week 3.

Dak Prescott QB | DAL
Cowboys' Dak Prescott: Sunday rushing touchdown aids win over Redskins
Prescott completed 22 of 30 passes for 292 yards in Sunday's game against the Redskins. He added a six-yard rushing touchdown on his only carry of the game.
Prescott was efficient Sunday, completing 73 percent of his passes and averaging a healthy 9.2 yards per attempt, and although he did not run the ball much, his mobility allowed him to make a number of plays in the passing game. He also played with poise, as he led long scoring drives in the third and fourth quarter and went without a turnover for the second consecutive week. Prescott also notably fed Dez Bryant Sunday, as the No. 1 receiver nabbed seven of 12 targets for 107 yards. With his first NFL win under his belt, Prescott and the Cowboys will look to build off of Sunday's performance at home against the Bears in Week 3.

Russell Wilson QB | NYG
Seahawks' Russell Wilson: Active Sunday
Wilson (ankle) is listed as active Sunday at Los Angeles, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, the Seahawks expected a multi-game absence for Wilson due to the sprained ankle suffered in Week 1. In the immediate aftermath of the injury, Wilson wore a boot and iced his right ankle, only to ditch the boot Monday. Jogging was on his docket Tuesday, full practices reigned thereafter, and rehabilitation otherwise dominated his schedule. Adam Schefter of ESPN relayed on Sunday morning that Wilson is actually tending to a high ankle sprain, and although the quarterback is "doing great," his noted elusiveness may not be evident during his ongoing recovery.

Josh Johnson QB | CIN
Giants' Josh Johnson: Inactive for Week 2 versus Saints
Johnson (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's Week 2 matchup versus the Saints, the team's official site reports.
The veteran backup is expected to carry this same status the majority of the season, barring injury to either Eli Manning or top backup Ryan Nassib.

Sam Bradford QB | MIN
Vikings' Sam Bradford: More reports saying he will start Sunday
Several more media outlets are reporting that Bradford will be the starting quarterback Sunday against Green Bay with ESPN and NFL Network confirming earlier reports. Vikings head coach Mike Zimmer said he will not announce a starter until Sunday's game.
Local radio station ESPN 1500 AM Twin Cities had reported on Friday that sources said he will start and there were multiple reports earlier in the week that Bradford had taken most of the first-team snaps with the offense. Still, there is some risk for fantasy owners, as the starter may not be official until shortly before Sunday night's game. It's not inconceivable that Shaun HIll's performance in last week's win could delay Bradford's debut past Week 2.

Tyrod Taylor QB | GB
Bills' Tyrod Taylor: New OC, new looks?
Taylor has a new offensive coordinator in Anthony Lynn after the Bills fired Greg Roman on Friday. One of Lynn's expectations could be to open up the passing game a bit more. Said coach Rex Ryan, "I want to be multiple. I want to be able to throw the football ... I do want to be able to run the football on a consistent basis. I want to be multiple in the running game, but I also want to be able to use the entire arsenal. The quick game, the intermediate game and the deep passing game."
It's hard to teach an old dog like Ryan new tricks, but the Bills under Roman were one of the heaviest run-based offenses in the league. Facing an 0-2 start with little to lose and with part of Roman's firing being based on an inability to get Sammy Watkins, Robert Woods, and Charles Clay the ball more often, we could see the Bills start to open it up a bit more. Coupled with Taylor's excellent running ability, that could lead to good things. Still, this team is off to a stinky start and hasn't been able to move the ball other than some big plays, so don't be expecting the Dan Fouts Chargers all of a sudden. Also keep in mind Ryan is still running the show and Lynn is a former running back and running backs coach, so that run-centered approach probably isn't going away, either.

Sam Bradford QB | MIN
Vikings' Sam Bradford: Reportedly will start Sunday
Bradford will be the starting quarterback Sunday against Green Bay, multiple sources told Arif Hasan of ESPN 1500 am Twin Cities. Vikings head coach Mike Zimmer said he will not announce a starter until Sunday.
It's widely expected that Bradford will start after several reports that he took most of the snaps with the first-team offense this week. However, there is some risk for fantasy owners as the starter may not be clear until late Sunday with the Vikings playing the night game. There's some possibility that Shaun HIll's performance in last week's win could delay Bradford's debut past Week 2.
