Jackson (cramps) returned to Monday's contest against the Browns, Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.

Jackson was in the locker room for much of the fourth quarter, but he managed to come back into the game with two minutes to play, immediately after Trace McSorley went down with a knee injury.

McSorley left Monday's game against the Browns due to a knee injury, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.

McSorley tried to take it himself for a first down late in the fourth quarter, but his knee appeared to buckle and he went down in pain. Luckily for the Ravens, Lamar Jackson trotted out of the locker room almost immediately after and was able to come back into the game.

Jackson is questionable to return to Monday's game against the Browns due to cramps.

Jackson was spotted heading to the locker room early in the fourth quarter, and the team reported shortly after that he's dealing with cramps. With Robert Griffin on injured reserve, Trace McSorley will take over under center if Jackson is unable to continue.

Coach Kyle Shanahan wouldn't commit to Mullens starting Sunday against the Cowboys, and the coach indicated he's considering all options at quarterback, Cam Inman of The San Jose Mercury News reports.

The 25-year-old struggled during Sunday's loss to Washington, completing 25 of 45 pass attempts for 260 yards with one touchdown and one interception. Jimmy Garoppolo (ankle) won't be returning from injured reserve this week, but there's a chance C.J. Beathard could take over the starting job. Mullens should remain the favorite given he's started the past five games, but the 49ers could opt for a change under center given his 6:7 TD:INT and two lost fumbles during that stretch.

Coach Kyle Shanahan said Garoppolo (ankle) won't play Sunday against the Cowboys and will be evaluated next week, Cam Inman of The San Jose Mercury News reports.

Shanahan indicated Garoppolo has yet to be fully cleared by the medical staff, so it's too risky to consider a return to game action. According to Matt Barrows of The Athletic, Shanahan also said it's "up in the air" whether Garoppolo retakes the field this season and noted the quarterback's high-ankle sprain was the "worst" of the high-ankle sprains suffered by San Francisco players this year. Nick Mullens started the past five games for the 49ers, but C.J. Beathard could also be in the mix this week.

Stafford (ribs) had his X-rays come back negative Monday, Michael Rothstein of ESPN.com reports.

The Lions haven't yet officially commented on Stafford's status for Week 15, but Ian Rapoport of NFL Network has reported that the veteran signal-caller's rib injury could realistically jeopardize his availability versus the Titans. That would lead to Chase Daniel starting under center, but it's at least encouraging that Stafford's injury doesn't appear to be a long-term issue.

Coach Joe Judge said Monday that Jones will start against the Browns in Week 15 as long as he looks healthy in practice, Pat Leonard of the New York Daily News reports.

Judge also noted that Jones wasn't removed from Sunday's loss to Arizona because of an additional or aggravated injury, per Leonard. However, it clearly seems as though Jones still was bothered by the hamstring injury that forced him to sit out Week 13, as he failed to showcase his usual mobility and fumbled three times without logging a single carry. As long as Jones doesn't have any setbacks in practice it looks as though he'll start under center against Cleveland, but if the second-year pro is hobbled he could have a particularly tough time escaping from a defensive line led by Myles Garrett.

Stafford (ribs) hasn't been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Titans, but his status is in doubt, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Stafford was forced out of the Lions' Week 14 loss to the Packers in the fourth quarter, and Rapoport notes that his rib injury caused him significant pain. The Lions have scheduled X-rays for Stafford, and the team no doubt will evaluate him closely throughout practice this week if those results come back negative. Chase Daniel would figure to start against the Titans if Stafford can't go.

Coach Zac Taylor said Monday that Allen (knee) is "day-to-day," Tyler Dragon of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.

Taylor said that Allen suffered a right knee injury in the fourth quarter of Sunday's loss to the Cowboys, per Dragon. It sounds like Allen has a shot to recover in time for the Bengals' upcoming Monday night matchup against Pittsburgh, but if not Ryan Finley would stand to draw the start.

Coach Doug Marrone said Monday that Minshew will start Sunday's game in Baltimore, Mark Long of the Associated Press reports.

Minshew entered last weekend's loss to the Titans in relief of Mike Glennon early in the second half, completing 18 of 31 pass attempts for 178 yards and one touchdown. The second-year signal-caller's performance has earned him the starting nod for Week 15, but he'll draw a tough matchup on the road in Baltimore.
