Tyler Bass K | BUF
Bills' Tyler Bass: Perfect in Week 17
Bass made his lone field-goal attempt and all five of his extra-point tries during the Bills' 40-14 win over the Jets on Sunday.
Bass connected on a 39-yard field goal as time expired in the first half to give Buffalo a 12-0 lead, but his other five kicking attempts came after touchdowns, as the Bills had no problem moving the ball on a porous Jets defense. Over his last three games, Bass has gone 4-for-5 on field-goal attempts and 14-for-14 on extra-point tries.

Colts' Matt Gay: Misses 54-yard field goal
Gay went 2-for-3 on field-goal attempts and converted all three of his extra-point tries during the Colts' 45-33 loss to the Giants on Sunday.
Gay got the Colts on the board late in the first quarter with a 32-yard field goal, but he missed his next attempt from 54 yards out early in the second frame. He bounced back with a 29-yard chip shot later in the second quarter, and his next three kicks came on extra-point attempts. Gay is now 27-for-32 on field-goal attempts and 31-for-31 on extra-point tries through 15 regular-season games.

Anders Carlson K | NYJ
Jets' Anders Carlson: Inactive Sunday
Carlson (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's matchup with the Bills.
The kicker missed an extra point and a 49-yard field-goal attempt in last Sunday's 19-9 loss to the Rams. After that defeat, Jets coach Jeff Ulbrich said the team would explore its options at kicker, per Rich Cimini of ESPN.com. Former starter Greg Zuerlein was activated off injured reserve Saturday after missing seven games with a knee injury.

Joshua Karty K | LAR
Rams' Joshua Karty: Makes both field-goal attempts
Karty converted both of his field-goal attempts and his lone extra-point try during the Rams' 13-9 win over the Cardinals on Saturday.
Karty nailed a 53-yard field goal late in the second quarter to give the Rams a 10-point lead heading into halftime, and he followed that up with a 25-yard chip shot midway through the fourth quarter. Over his last four games, Karty has made all nine of his field-goal attempts and has gone 7-for-9 on extra-point tries.

Wil Lutz K | DEN
Broncos' Wil Lutz: Hits lone field-goal attempt
Lutz made his only field-goal attempt and converted all three of his extra-point tries during the Broncos' 30-24 overtime loss to the Bengals on Saturday.
Lutz opened the scoring Saturday with a 30-yard field goal early in the first quarter to give the Broncos the early lead. The veteran kicker has been perfect over his last six games and has missed just three field-goal attempts for the season. Lutz will need to be on form in Cincinnati's must-win game against Kansas City in Week 18.

Chad Ryland K | ARI
Cardinals' Chad Ryland: Has extra-point attempt blocked
Ryland connected on a 28-yard field-goal attempt but missed his lone extra-point try during Saturday's 13-9 loss to the Rams.
Ryland didn't have a kicking attempt until the third quarter, when the Cardinals finished a 13-play drive with a one-yard touchdown pass from Kyler Murray to Trey McBride. Unfortunately for Ryland his extra-point attempt was blocked, which kept the deficit at four points. He converted on a 28-yard chip shot early in the fourth quarter, but he didn't kick another field goal, as the Cardinals were in need of a touchdown to take the lead. It's unclear whether Ryland will serve as Arizona's kicker for the regular-season finale against San Francisco since Matt Prater (knee) has been designated to return from injured reserve.

Cade York K | CIN
Bengals' Cade York: Misses overtime field goal
York went 1-for-2 on field-goal attempts and converted all three of his extra-point attempts during the Bengals' 30-24 overtime win over the Broncos on Saturday.
York converted on a 22-yard chip shot to close out the Bengals' first offensive drive of the second half. He had a chance to win the game for Cincinnati in overtime, but his 33-yard field-goal attempt clanged the left upright. He has missed a field goal in two straight weeks, and in the four games since taking over for Evan McPherson (groin) as the Bengals' kicker, York has gone 5-for-7 on field-goal attempts and 13-for-14 on extra-point tries. McPherson is eligible to be activated off injured reserve for Cincinnati's regular-season finale against Pittsburgh.

Joey Slye K | TEN
Patriots' Joey Slye: Makes lone extra-point attempt
Slye converted on his lone extra-point try during the Patriots' 40-7 loss to the Chargers on Saturday.
It was another quiet day for Slye as the Patriots' offense struggled to move the ball down the field and was limited to 181 yards against a stout Chargers defense. Slye hasn't attempted a field goal over his last two games, and through 16 regular-season games he's gone 23-for-30 on field-goal attempts and 23-for-24 on extra-point tries.

Cameron Dicker K | LAC
Chargers' Cameron Dicker: Racks up 20 points vs. New England
Dicker was perfect on all four of his field-goal attempts and all four of his extra-point tries during the Chargers' 40-7 win over the Patriots on Saturday.
The Chargers' offense couldn't be stopped, with eight of its 10 drives ending in a score. Dicker was the direct beneficiary of the Bolts' offensive success, and he didn't have trouble with his field-goal attempts, as all four of them were from 41 yards or shorter. Dicker has been perfect over his last eight games, going 18-for-18 on field-goal attempts and 19-for-19 on extra-point tries over that span.
